Oldfish's Routine

Morning - 1 hour JELQ at 90% erection, about 40 mins effective.

PM - 30 mins manual stretches, BTC, and JAI

Evening - 1 hour (3 X 20) minutes hanging @ 10lbs (started at 5, then 6,7,8,9)

On saturday and sunday, I only hang for 4 hours / day.
