Ojpe's Routine

Exercise days

- Light manual stretching for warming up (no more than 5 minutes, just until the whole shaft and base feels warm to the touch).
- Use Andropenis set to extend about an inch beyond NBPEL for 8 hours (1 hour sessions and 5 or 10 minutes break in between).

Rest days

- All day Cock ring (hair tie).
- 1 hr of manual stretching, uliĀ“s and squeezes.
