Finally serious about PE

Starting stats:
BPEL 6.5

Goal (for now):
BPEL 7.5-8
MSEG 5.3-5.5

This will be my real log, although I will mostly be asking questions here. Currently using a vacutech flared tube (2x9), which is the real deal. Great suction and everything. I have a lot more faith in pumping than anything else. Bathmate was garbage but air pumping is looking very promising.

Current routine at 2 days on, 1 off
Enter tube erect and pump to max 6 mmHg for 10 minutes
Heat - with IR lamp
Stretch - helicopters and pull stretching while kegeling
20 wet jelqs

Serious questions:

1) How is the routine?

2) Really hate jelqing, it makes me turtle badly afterwards and feels pretty dangerous.
- Can I and should I avoid the turtling? If so how (example an antiturtle sleeve)?
- Can I make gains with just pumping and no jelqing?
- What is the timing like with jelqing - duration of each stroke, time in between, etc

3) Most importantly when pumping
- I can hit my BPEL at 5 mmHg but I assume that to get real tissue expansion you need to go beyond your BPEL in the tube. The problem is I feel discomfort beyond. Do I pump beyond the discomfort? Or is it just going to take time to hit 7 inches at 5 mmHg?
- Anyone use an IR lamp on a vacutech flared tube? Just want to know if it can stand the heat and what else I can do to achieve heated pumping.

4) I’m trying to develop a routine to get a good flaccid hang for a specific time. So let us say I want to hang well for the next 5 hours because my dick will be on show. Has anyone developed a routine with maybe pumping, a cockring and/or a sleeve? Let me know

I tend to see jelq as a must: length gains, girth gains, improved EQ and in some cases, curvature fix. In my early days, hated jelqs too … now I love it.

I had bad PI when I used to kegel on jelqs or on manual stretches. Try to do the kegels while pumping or after the session … and see how it goes.

Give yourself time. Eventually you will see you can surpass your BPEL while under pressure.

Do not pump to the point of discomfort. That’s a sign that you’re putting unnecessary stress on your unit. Pumping over time will produce permanent results. Maybe in a few months add more time and more sets.

Pumping has greatly improved my flaccid hang.

As far as jelq, back off of the force being used.

Thanks for the replies. I should mention it is in fact “in Hg” and not “mmHg” that is listed on the tube.

Will take it easy and plan my slow build up in the tube. So 6.7 this week, 6.8 the next etc. I will plot it.

My jelqing technique def needs work too. Going to do more reading and videos and figure that out.

I think you misinterpreted my question about a flaccid hang routine. What I meant is if there is a way to move from 4 to 5 flaccid girth for a few hours? For example pumping and keep it there with a cock ring etc.

No response on the sleeve so I guess I will just have to get one and try.

Hit 6.7” in the tube today. Maybe 7” in a few weeks. EQ still struggling but that is probably because I’m coming off a serious PMO addiction. Easing off now and will see.
