I’m posting on here mostly to keep track of my progress, and also to allow others who have been around here longer to give input/advice. My measurements are pretty average when starting this routine:
BPEL: 6.0”; EG: 4.9”; FSL: 5.3”

My routine: basically the newbie routine 3-4 days per week:
Warmup:
-Warm towel wrap x5 min
-Stretch multiple directions x10 min

Jelq:
-Standard OK grip, light-med pressure x5 sec predominantly downward x10 min

Stretch:
-5-10 min stretch after
-“Kegels” x50

Currently about 5 weeks into the program. Have noticed subjectively flaccid size throughout day seems to have increased. Also have noticed mild “soreness” in ligs after stretching, but certainly not pain. Have heard this is normal. Will report back at 6-8 week mark with measurements. How long did it take you guys to notice results (who have used newbie routine)?

I used a modified version of what you are doing which is a great routine by the way and in 45 days I saw a 0,5cm (0,2’) NBPEL and a 0,3cm (0,11’) EG. Keep up the good work sir.

EG: 5.0”

So.. Gains seem pretty negligible, but technically are there. I have noticed when flaccid when warm/in shower seems to be hangin’ a little more. Have people seen significant gains from this/similar routines over the 6-12 month range, or are big gains more so from more advanced routines?

I have been having great luck with a 5 day on 2 off routine.

Although I am pretty consistent with the Clamping and Hydro pump sets, my routine is pretty dynamic with jelqing, wet and dry, stretching and extended periods with a behind the balls cock ring routine.

What have come across on threads on here and from experience, going after EQ is KEY. I find the more frequent I have and maintain rock hard erections, the more consistent gains I see.

I’m primarily going after girth right now. I started measuring about 6 weeks ago at just under 6” girth mid shaft / about 6.2” at base. This was at max erection. I wanted to have all hard ons like that and have been focusing on that. I also keep fit and tune nutrition and supplements to maximize blood flow and oxygenation.

After 6 weeks, I am finding I am rock hard for over 5 to 6 hours over the course of the day. I am measuring mid shaft girth consistently 6.2” and my base easily 6.5”.

My goal is to cement in my gains at 6.5” mid shaft girth. I will then switch to length routines.

Overall goal is 8” EL and 6.5 EG.

The 5 on 2 off schedule is working so far. I honestly have not tried another schedule. By day 5, I have felt a bit of ligament soreness and sometimes smaller flaccid size. My member appreciates the next day off, but often shows ready to exercise on the second rest day already. Sometimes in the evening of the second rest day I will do some stretching and low intensity wet jelqing with a good bio oil.

Currently, I have added a stainless steel behind the balls cockring from Gear Essentials. This ready helps to keep me more engorged and actually seems to be aiding in recovery. I wear each day in the afternoon and evenings.

I have seen some progress with a more lax approach days on/off. I’ll go 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 2 off, and I have noticed a slight difference (increase) in erection fullness. I don’t do a second round of stretching after jelqing either, is that officially part of the Newbie Routine?

I stretch a bit if I have a moment to myself like when I’m pissing/getting dressed or something, and I generally focus on stretching down. Idk if it’s like strength training, but I’m keen to not “over train” because the last thing I want is a hurt dick.

I just may try the more lax approach if I start to plateau, or certainly have any negative PI. I try to watch PI pretty closely. So far, indicators are good and EQ has been very positive. It’s a great motivator!

I did experience negative indicators on day 5 in the very beginning, but since then (knock on wood.. No pun intended) there has not been signs of fatigue.

Keep doing what you’re doing. It sounds like you have a very good routine and are doing what is best for you.

Awesome Yerba, seems everybody is different and responds best to their own variation. I’ve been following the PI’s as well and so far so good.

Mothman, I feel like I’m in the same camp where I want to commit and be consistent, but also don’t wanna overtrain or reverse my gains by encountering a bad injury. Come to think of it, I don’t know if stretching after jelqing is officially part of newbie routine, but I’ve been doing it. I have to be careful not to overdo stretch force though, as I’ve had some mild soreness after If I do.

As an update, I’m about 2.5 months into the 1 on 1 off, and a week into 2 on 1 off. So far in terms of gains, I will say with certainty that I have gained some erect size and girth. In terms of length I’ll admit early on I sorta rounded up to 6”, but was probably maxed out at about 5.8-5.9” if I was being careful. I wish I would have been more careful early on in measurement, but I was skeptical like most newbies around here. I’m now definitely at or just beyond the 6” mark without question, so I think I’ve probably gained at least .25” so far. In terms of girth, measuring right about 5” at present from 4.9” starting. Not incredible, but definitely there.

What has surprised me so far more than that has been flaccid size increases. Before starting my flaccid length was pretty average (3.5-4” normally), with a little variation if cold or warm. I’ve been consistently measuring at 4-5 inches BP flaccid, and as long as about 5.25 soft. FSL has also greatly increased, at about 6” from 5.3 starting. So far so good.
