Hi guys,

I have been reading about PE for a few months and 4 weeks ago my Phallosan arrived and I have started using it as well as implementing the newbie routine.

I have clocked 100 Hours in a month (on and off because of schedule however it has now settled and I can keep a regular routine).

My Phallosan setting is high green however it fluctuates depending on position. I have found a method where I wrap it around my thigh above my knee to stretch it downward as the rubber ring causes burn and I believe the downward position may be more effective.

I have been working with a 2 on 1 off newbie routine.

My exercises take place in the afternoon / evening after work.

A regular week will roughly look like:

Monday:

5 min rice sock wrap
10-15 stretches at 30 seconds each
200 wet Jelq downward
100 wet Jelq outward/upward
5x5 sets of ULI manual squeezes
Warm down in shower

Phallosan for 8-10 hours including sleeping with regular heat pack applied to keep warm and blood flow up.

Tuesday:

Same as Monday.

Wednesday:

Break from Exercises

Phallosan same as Monday.

Thursday:

Same as Monday

Friday:

Exercises same as Monday

No Phallosan

Saturday:

Break from all PE and Stretching

Sunday:

Stretching with Phallosan in evening

I will not measure until the 3 month mark just as a point of interest however I am not expecting any real benefit until the 6 month mark or more. Based on results I will potentially change my methods / routine based on personal thoughts or advice on the forums.

Any advice is welcome as I am just starting and will keep this thread updated as I see fit with results or changes to my routine.

Update almost a week in

I have decided to do a morning and evening routine on Sunday since I had the time and privacy.

I began with 20 minutes heat pad warm up followed by the standard 6 angle stretches (2 sets of 30 seconds).

Instead of doing more sets I tried my first attempt at some fulcrum stretches both downward and upward with a slight angular twist. I felt a much fuller stretch and visually it appears to hit more of my member and push and stretch the blood and ligs a bit better. I completed 2 sets of about 30 seconds each since it was my first go and was simply testing the waters.

This was followed by my routine as posted above.

100(ish) downward jelqs overhand ok grip for 3 seconds each alternating hands.

50 upward overhand ok grip alternating hands.

50 outward overhand ok grip alternating hands.

5 sets of the jelq #2 as mentioned in sizemeisters routine.

10 minute warm down in shower

Now sitting in my Phallosan for approximately 6 hours before I have a dinner tonight.

I will have an evening session similar to this mornings and 2-3 hours in the phallosan before bed.

I am still contemplating whether sleeping in just the phallosan device with no stretch is beneficial to hold out the stretch from the days exercises.

After a full day of reading through the forums I have decided I will decon for 5 days to a week as I am only about a month into my PE journey and would like to reset my unit.

I have come to believe my routine was far to intense and may even pack away the phallosan for the time being and stick to manual exercises.

I am going to start with the less is more approach and strictly stick to the newbie routine for 6 weeks and evaluate how I may increase from there.

The only adaptation I may make to the newbie routine after 6 weeks is some light fulcrum stretches at 2-3 points along the shaft.

I know this thread is new and relatively unseen however if any veterans have ideas of where to go after my 6 week routine please reply or send a PM.

My first stage goal is to increase length over girth!

A week off and well needed and timed.

Due to increased EQ my erections have been 11/10, It’s truly amazing and almost frightening how hard I am getting.

This caused a minor sore strain in the side of my member down near the base lig during some rather rough sex, so far the uncomfort has subsided and will start my routine very light tonight to see how it feels and give more rest if needed.

My member feels fine and I have been getting erections during the day while at work, back to the routine!

I am going to implement more stretching after warmup, more angles and more sets.

I have been reading on how to target more length and this seems to be the way to go.

This may mean I have to reduce the amount of jelqing as to not destroy my member and gain more from a heavier stretching routine.

I will update with my new routine after a few experimental sessions with more stretching / less jelqing.

I am still using the Phallosan every night after an exercise to keep it stretched out for approx 6 hours and remove it while I sleep/rest and heal. If work conditions change I may wear for 4-5 hours in the morning half of my work day, rest until my evening session and back into it afterwards for a few hours before bed.

Starting Feb 2019: BPEL: 7.5inch MSEG: 5inch EQ 8/10

Goal: BPEL: 8inch MSEG: 5.5inch EQ: dialed up to 11!

I have had to take 4 days off due to 12-15 hour days at work.

I have done 5-10 minutes stretching in the shower at night to get even a bit of an exercise in.

Hopefully back to the new routine tonight.

15 minute hot wrap with heat sock

15-20 minutes of 30-45 second stretches

Down / left / right / out / BTC Left / BTC Right

100-150 wet Jelqs at medium intensity on a 20-40% erection level with focus on the stretch in the ligs and feeling blood push down my member.

4-6 hours phallosan on high green / low yellow to keep my member stretched after my workout then take it off before bed.

I do struggle maintaining the same level so every 30 jelqs I have to jerk it to bring it up or rest to let it settle.

I really hope to nail the jelq at a lower erection % as I’ve read it is better for length.

If anyone has any tips or tricks for a good length routine for a relative newbie other than my slightly modified newbie routine please comment or DM.

I have really started a consistent routine now.

2 days on 1 off, 2 days on 2 off (weekends with girlfriend)

10-15 minute hot wrap warmup rice sock

10-15 minutes manual static stretching (all angles and 1 BTC)

10-15 minutes jelqing at what I would call a 30% erection as I am targeting length (3 second over the top OK grip strokes)

Hot shower to warm down / wash off oils

Hot rice sock to keep blood flow

Usually done in the evening, I will put the phallosan on for a few hours before bed.

I wear the phallosan to work to keep my unit stretched out (approximately 12 hours after my routine the night before) to let it heal and grow in a stretched state.

I will post photos maybe 6 months in with a nice comparison pic next to it, more of a self diary log to reference for reference.

I am back to the thread!

I started a new job which has me working 50-60 hours a week and have been slowing on the PE due to finding time and privacy to suit my new job and life.

I have decided to use the Phallosan during the work day approx 8-12 hours depending on intensity of the day and my units response to a long day in the stretcher.

My weekly routine will now be 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off with total breaks and minimal shower stretching on weekends.

50~ hours a week mon-friday phallosan

Per session
5-10 minutes rice sock
15 minutes stretching (left, right, out, straight down, BTC)
100-150 wet jelqs
Shower warm down

This is all I will do for 6 weeks or until the new year where I am contemplating buying a bib hanger and working some hanging sets into my week.

This new work schedule has been a killer to my consistent routine.

I am still managing 2-3 sessions a week with 2 or 3 days in the phallosan but it has varied.

I am slowly picking up where I left off a few weeks ago and have come to a more relaxed mental state about this whole venture.

It is something that will be worked into my week like any other regular activity. Not so much thought and focus, just do the routine and let the growth happen and check in 3-6 months time with no pressure on myself or over focus on the task and goal at hand.

A little hiatus from posting on here as I said prior my new job has been kicking my ass!

My routine has been steady, I measured after what I guess you would call a decon break (maybe just lazy) and came up at about 6.4” BPFSL and 5”~ MSEG. It seems I am gaining girth a little faster.

(0.15” and 0.25” growth)
Thats some damn gains gentleman!

I am not going to get in over my head as I have improved my diet, supplementing with some blood flow vitamins and have come to the conclusion this growth is most likely just EQ improvements however the BPFSL is a good sign for future BPEL growth!

I do not want to gain girth just yet so I am going to a full stretch routine.

I ordered a Bib starter and am into day 3 of my stretch routine.

10 minute rice sock warm up
5-10 minutes stretching to limber up
3x20 minute sets with 10 minute breaks and 0.7-1kg weight (close to 2 pounds)

If I have some privacy and time I may try for an extra set or two later at night.

I am going to follow this for 4 weeks until I increase the time under tension or perhaps another 1kg and see how it feels.

I am going to run 12 weeks routines and a 2-3 week break in between to let some repair happen

I am hoping to see 0.25-0.5” BPFSL in 6 months so I am staying positive!

I will try to keep this log more active now I have my schedule organised a little better.
