PE Experience: Dabbled for a few months last year, but nothing consistent (see!). I completely buy into the theory and the mechanics of the whole thing, so I’m already a believer. Just need to become a practicer.

Penis: Need to get out the ruler and tape and camera, document my starting points. From what I’ve seen around here, I’m “ok” with my girth, but some more in the length and the EQ department will be appreciated (stats coming soon, I hope).

Hobbies: Anything and everything outdoors. Love hiking, camping, hunting, exploring. Love music, performing and spectating. Was never a sports guy, although I enjoy watching my kids in their sports. You won’t catch me in front of the TV hardly ever, but much less watching football. If I had an hour to watch TV it’d be a superhero show, I suppose. Grew up with Marvel and they haven’t disappointed me yet. Am enjoying the CW’s resurgence of DC characters, too.

Goals: To be consistent with the above - overall health, weight, and PE. Am committed.

Needs: Encouragement, success stories. Appreciate those how have already reached out with support. Houstonwoods - you’ve already been a great help. Don’t have any type of IRL support group for PE, am doing this stealthy, so wife doesn’t know. May (will) complicate schedules and so forth, but I’ll make it work. Hopefully one day she’ll notice and will ask what I did.

That’s it. I’ve started. I’ve put myself out there. I’m committed.

Ok - today I did 15 minutes of heat / stretches in the shower after hitting the gym.

Protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, and grilled chicken for dinner.

Did 3 edging sessions today. First two I was successful in stopping before cunning, but by the 3rd one I was too worked up and exploded. Wasn’t prepared for that, so it got a little messy..

Thanks to all the guys who are giving helpful tips.

I’ve been impressed with the help offered and the feeling of brotherhood here. Hard to find that offsite.

Great introductory thread, glad I could trace you back to here.

Some wives our on board. Mine is mad I think I need it, but still holds the camera for updates and definitely enjoys the results.

Do what works for you. Ask us all as many questions as you need to and have fun on the journey.

Remember, you’ll read it alot, start with “why” you’re doing this so you’re aligned with it.
