My Routine and Progress Again.

Still recovering from injury. Still not exactly sure what happened. Was getting better, did a small routine. Now having to start over.

I am feeling a lot better. Still having issues with porn but decided I would only watch it during PE workouts. I would say I plan out when I jack off but it seems to be random and I am not going to force myself into a routine when I know its healthy for you. Jacking for me isn’t about cumming, I only shoot a load every few days anyway. The other days I just edge.

I am going to make another thread about manual stretching. It caused overuse of the muscles/ligaments around my penis.
I am not sure of the exact names of these muscles but I can describe where I had the burning.

The workout for today was

5 minute warm up.
5 minute stretching.
Clamping with 60 kegels.
200 Jelqs.
10 minute low heat warm wrap to finish my workout.

:) EQ Great.

OK. Updating….updating….

Todays workout, similar to the others. I need to remind myself to stay within my routine. That means not going over or under the amount of time during kegels or any other exercise. EQ was down just a bit from doing 30 kegels instead of 20. It’s interesting how a small change such as that can effect the end result.

So for today my routine will be the same for a long time. I may add in hanging because my experiences stretching have been positive. Especially with adding in kegels.

Warm Up 4 minutes
Stretch 4 minutes
2 sets of clamping, 20 kegels each making it an equal 100 kegels. So 200 in total.
Some light dry jelqs.
Warm Wrap 4 minutes.

Eventually purchasing an extender. I keep saying soon but I keep researching. Haha.

I think this is progress. :) When I was doing stretching a few months ago, I had more resistance. Now I am able to stretch in multiple directions but having to try harder to feel my ligs pulling. It may be time to stop researching extenders and hanging devices and actually buy one.

On top of that I have some stretch marks on my penis. They showed after beginning my routine months ago.

I didn’t stop pumping. At the time I was freaked out about my injury. I do 4 minutes pumping on my off days. I may eventually add more time but from experience, the more I add to anything the higher chance of injury. I guess my body is weird, I can literally do PE for 10 minutes and have amazing EQ.

My injury was two separate things that happened at the same time. I had a UTI and a pilled bc muscle, the one you work doing Kegels. It took almost 6 weeks to heal completely.

Sunday begins a new day of PE.

Warm Up
Stretching
Dry Jelqs
Clamping
Warm Wrap at the end.

Keep in mind my Warm Wraps last 4 minutes. Stretching 4-5 minutes with 10 Kegels on each side. Dry Jelqs I only do 60, and clamping I do 2 sets, kegeling. This takes about 30 minutes to do the entire routine. Looking to really increase girth still, Length I am good, but I want a bit more. BPEL 7” is good enough for me. But I want more girth. :)
