My progress report

Starting a progress log.

Started PE 9-14-2017 with the newbie routine 1 day on 1 day off. My starting measurements on my stat graph are off. I cheated my self out of the bone pressed measurement and did not press with the ruler when I first took my measurements. Didn’t take pictures due to kids always playing with my phone and I don’t want them scrolling on some nudes. But I may reconsider pictures since I found out I can hide pictures on my iphone.

If anyone has any ideas I may not know on how to keep progress pics please reply on here.

10-2-2017 are my true BPEL and MSEG.

Mental notes: EQ good so far, warm up with wash cloth 10 min seem to work better for me.

Realistic Goal 7 inches BPEL for now.

You’ll find starting this progress report is great way to stay focused on your routine.

What I do so my daughter doesn’t come across any personal pics, is I created another email address that only I know about and know the password to. I don’t have the password automatically saved either. I’ll send the pics to that email address and then delete them from my device and the sent email log. Then they are stored there, away from wondering eyes. If I want to see them, I just log into that email address.

If you don’t have issues with guys seeing your dick, you can always post them here as well and then delete them from your device. A moderator can change this to a progress reports and pictures thread and they can be stored here for as long as the internet exists. Some of us aren’t very comfortable with this, but it’s an option too.

Others may have better suggestions. I’m not very tech savvy.

I keep my pictures on my work computer. Nobody but me have access to it. But what James has mentioned is a great suggestion. I haven’t thought of that and I do have a secret e-mail that I can use. I use to take the pictures, and then hide my phone till I got back to the office, but I will be using his method in future. Thanks James.

Routine looks good. Just check you PI’s. Be careful that all those stretches don’t lead to a dip in EQ.

Just a word of caution. Don’t measure too often as it might demotivate you. Rule of thumb is to stay away from the ruler the first three months. I personally measure very little. Once or twice a year.

It’s kinda hard not to when I finish a routine and it looks bigger than what it did . 😁. But I see what you are saying.

Same routine
10 min hot wrap
20 min stretch
1 min hold all directions including BTC. (Included in the min hold is the shake off and re adjusting fingers to stretch to the next rotation. Might be 35-45 sec holds realistically )
200 wet jelq

EQ solid Rock
A little sore for 2-3 hours after routine but following day It feels ready for another routine .

I’m having trouble replicating the rubbery feel after the warm up. I’m not sure how to get to that state. I have only experienced the rubbery flaccid twice.

Im still at it
2 on 1 off sometimes 3 on 2 off Due to time and other life activities.

Routine changed a bit
5-7 min warm up wrap

**Stretch routine 3 times**
BTC Right 30 sec stretch hold
BTC Middle 30 sec stretch hold
BTC Left 30 sec Stretch hold
then
straight up 30 sec
straight out 30 sec
15 rotation cranks or 35 sec which ever comes first
**End of Set repeat **
Time spent about 15-20 minutes
Tried a few A stretches 30 sec just to get a feel. some times do 1 set at the end of the last round

Followed by 200-25 wet jelqs
3 sec -4 sec
50 20-30 % erection takes a while to get it going
last 100 or 150 depending on time 60-70% erection

Warm down hot pad bundled with pc muscle work out laying down
100 fast
50 5 sec
1 hold 1 min

Shower
apply Hydrocortisone cream cream 1 % around bottom shaft massage around then wrap for an hour

EQ still great. Errections good some mornings some during the day some at night.

I haven’t measured but my flaccid stretch looks longer. although my erection looks like its not the same length as my flaccid stretch. why is that???

Same routine. Just changed the Wet Jelq routine.
100 Wet Jelqs
Then 50-75 Slow slow slow wet jelqs 7-8 seconds while flacid 0% to 40% erection
