My Progress Report.

Sunday, 8’Th of September: 2 h 20 min.

Was stupid enough to go out drinking Saturday so, temporarily, screwed up my motivation and sleep schedule. Gonna do my best to take it as a lesson learnt.

I’m really not a big ‘fan’ of drinking, it’s something I now consider a bad habit and have to learn to stay focused during the weekends as well.

Most of this day has gone by now as I tend to become a bit down after a night out. It’s just a insane binge drinking culture where I live, especially where I live now and during the weekends.

It has become on of the few ways to socialize out here though it’s not for me, which I know logically. Just gotta break the habit.

Monday, 9’Th of September: 5 h 15 min extending. 14 A-stretches and 6 sets of helicopters in front of IR lamp.

Also did 2 sets of meditation while extending.

Today, Tuesday I also went up another 0.3 mm and will switch that out with an 0.5 mm piece next Tuesday. Might do it like that every new week first using the 0.3 mm piece for one week and then switch it for the 0.5 mm pieces, making it 2 weeks between adding every new 0.5 mm piece which I got 4 of in total.

Tuesday, 10’Th of September: 5 h 10 min extending. 14 A-stretches, 6 sets of helicopter’s.

Also meditated twice while extending.

Yesterday when measuring both BPEL and NBPEL it seems like I’ve almost gained 1 cm in length already.

Will measure once more, soon. It feels, and even looks a bit longer, hope it’s just not my imagination. Really hoping that me meditating and doing a manual stretching routine everyday aids in me gaining faster than with extending alone.

Wednesday, 11’Th of September: 6 h 10 min extending. 14 A-stretches and 8 sets of helicopters.

Must note that the first 4 hours of extending is pretty much a ‘cake walk’ though anything after that is a bit of a struggle, even with 30- 60 min pauses in between sets. First 3-4 hours I only take the extender off for a very short amount of time before putting it back on again.

Also I’m already noticing my dick getting bigger and staying bigger until the next morning as well. Night wood is excellent, as always with, at times, raging boners so to speak.

Did 2 sets of meditation today while extended. One 30 min set and one 15 min set. Really starting to manage my breathing, breathing deep and relaxed and I’m breathing 2- 4 times a minute which is good as they say in Kundalini Yoga/ meditation you automatically enter a meditative state when breathing in the rep range of 2- 4 times a minute.

Meditated with self hypnosis on my ears twice. Good day all in all.

Note to self: Always start by adding the 2-3 mm piece before switching over to the 5 mm pieces. Just now, after 4 days having the 2-3 mm piece on switched it out with a 5 mm piece and it went really, really smooth.

Have decided to go by feeling when it comes to adding length thus adding more tension. My dick seems to have gained visually and my ruler tells me I’ve already gained 0,5- 1 cm, depending on my EQ. Will measure again today or tomorrow.

I now can, with some amount of certainty, say that doing the manual routine and meditating is speeding up my gains. I’m almost 2 weeks in and have never before experienced such positive and rapid dick development.

Also I think that for or once in my life being able to put all my focus and time into this plays a major role. Wanna and going to get to my wanted stats as quick as possible which are 8” NBPEL and 9” BPEL. My girth I’m pretty fine with after comparing it to the empty toilet paper roll, not being able to get my dick inside it, not even the tip of my head even.

Saturday, 14’Th of September: 6 h extended time. 14 A-stretches and 8 helicopters.

Did 2 sets of combined self hypnosis and meditation. 22 min each set.

Sunday I took an off day and doesn’t seem to have done nothing but good as I today added the 3 mm piece and will switch it out with a 5 mm piece Friday.

Damn near 5 hours in on extending this Monday and will go for my usual 6 h, at least. Kinda feels like my unit needed Sunday as a rest day.

Wednesday will be a bit tricky as I have to go away from the comfort of my home for approx 8 h. Will do my best to get up as early as possible though and do my best to get in, hopefully, 2 h and at least 2- 4 h when arriving back home.

3 sets of combined self hypnosis and meditation while extending. 22 min each set.

Also put on my 3 mm piece and will switch it out with a 5 mm piece Thursday or Friday, most likely Friday though will see how my unit feels on Thursday.
