Hey everyone,
So I decided to document my routine completely. I feel like I have some pretty good info regarding PE so far, and I’m actually extremely motivated because I am seeing results. What I mean by results is not an increase in erect length (though I haven’t measured yet), but I KNOW by continuing my PE, it will yield results.

Here are my base measurements so far:

Starting measurements: 10/1/2018
BPEL - 15.24 cm ~ 6 inches
NBPEL - 12.7 cm ~ 5 inches (a whole inch is hidden in the fat pad xd)
EG - 10.16 cm, 4 inches
BPFSL (bone pressed flaccid stretched length) - 13.5 cm ~ 5.3 inches

I am by no means an expert at PE but I’ve been exposed to it over 5 years ago. I never kept up with it and was consistent with it because I never saw permanent results because I was impatient. Now, I realize what I need to do. Here are some of my thoughts:

What I do for PE is ONLY use an extender. I wear it for minimum 4 hours a day, up to 6 or 7 hours sometimes. WRAP is everything, you want a comfortable wrap. I take it off every 45 min - 1.5 hours because I start to get glans numbness and discomfort. Leaving it on for longer than that MAY lead to permanent damage. It’s annoying that you have to take it off every hour or so but that’s why finding an EFFECTIVE yet SIMPLE way of wrapping is key.

My wrap: I wrap just under the glans using that beige color adhesive bandage (it looks like an ace bandage but it’s not - it has a sticky side). I fold it in half horizontally so the sticky side is not exposed to open air, if that makes sense. I wrap just under the glans with that, THEN I wrap the bottom part of the glans along with the upper shaft with the same bandaging. What this does is it protects the head from being squished. The glans will become squished no matter what you do, as a result of the tension and pressure near the head. I don’t use a theraband to prevent slipping but I used to.

Some people have an issue with the strap of the extender (use the strap, not the noose IMO) slipping off. An easy and effective solution is to jam a penny into the slot where the band slides into. This locks the band into place. Also, you can put the coin in your pocket discretely if you have to take off the device in public.

Like I said, I am no expert but here are some of my thoughts so far:

The penis is NOT a muscle - it DOESN’T need recovery time like your muscles do. From what I know it’s made of mostly connective tissue, like a rat’s tail (by the way there are studies shown of rat’s tail being lengthened by using tension and heat). The MAIN thing is you want to apply the most amount of stretch for the longest period of time you can, while preventing tissue death from lack of blood. So if you use the extender for 1 hour, get the numbness and discomfort, take it off, massage your cock, warm it up with your palms or however you can, get that sensation back (usually for me it takes no more than 5 minutes), then put it back on.

My stretched flaccid length is about 5.5 inches. When I use the extender, my cock is about 6 inches. I know that over time, my faith in physics/biology says that IT WILL get longer.

My cock got way more vascularized just using the extender.

When I take my extender off before I sleep, I usually watch Netflix so I’m sitting in bed watching a movie and I do manual stretches. The main thing is you want to stretch your junk as long as you can. It might seem inconvenient but that’s what has to be done.

Have any of you made gains from less than an hour of PE a day? I’d be really surprised if so.

Also, my erections are way stronger.

One thing I should mention is that the other day, I was in the extender for about 3-4 hours during the day. At night, I jerked off, waited about 10-15 minutes, then put it back in the extender. Woah, it was way easier to put in and my stretched length was a lot longer. It makes me happy cause now I know that masturbating (I think it’s the fact that my junk is filled with blood for a while during the jerk session) actually may help the penis become more malleable and stretches further.

I’m kind of going in all directions right now, losing train of thought and getting distracted. Just wanted to share my thoughts so far.

Wow it’s crazy lol - I measured and after a literally a week I am making gains

I didn’t wanna measure but had to cause I noticed visible gains

I’m currently using a extender also and found trying to push more time in a session leads to negative results. I think with these strap down style extender you need to keep each session around 1 hour. Then do what you said to get circulation back then strap back in.

Haha I can’t say for sure but it looked like .1 or .2 of an inch but its just crazy

Yea about 1 hr per session which is annoying but has to be done

And I feel like if you’re gona use the extender, using it for 1-2 hours aka 1-2 sessions isnt enough, need atleast 4 hours committed once the device goes on, just a hunch

Some people report the same, after ejaculating would be easier to stretch.

I personally don’t like it, my glans get too sensitive for that.

I share similar beliefs to yours in the sense that rest days are probably not necessary for extender users. Anyways, congratulations on your gains. When did you start extending?

Only if you’re having issues with the strap coming off, the penny has been really good in keeping it place

I tried it YEARS ago but haven’t been committed up until a little before 10/1, maybe about 9/24

Ok, so here is the only down side for me to the penny trick. There are multiple points throughout the work day where I am able to discreetly release from my strap by pulling the strap tab and head support away from each other through my pants. I can perform this ever so discretely under a table in a meeting, lol.

The penny system locks the straps so well that this might no longer be an option. Locking the straps in place is the point, so I will just need to adapt.

This is actually just a testament to how well the penny trick works!
