Thanks for the compliment on length, you can get there. The advantage of an extender is that you can read while extending. Thus your thesis time can also be your extending time.


Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

Update: resumed discipline and hit my previous stats again. Feels great. Onto more gains!

Sounds really good. I will seek out one! I love to multitask during PE (read, type etc) and with manual stretching this becomes harder. Length is my main goal so that should be great.

Went travelling so workouts were off, nonetheless very happy to have hit 6.1 inches in length, likely due erection quality. Was fucking a new girl and it seemed even bigger. Super happy I’ve dedicated discipline to this :)

Had some privacy issues the past months so sloppy workouts and no warming up. With that said I’ve now witnessed the power of warming properly as I’ve hit several good sessions but I feel like I’m rather cementing than gaining! Heat=life. Gonna look into buying some kind of electrical pad

Nonetheless I’ve worked my way around them and I’m hitting good workouts again so back at my old stats (I went down to 5.9x5.2 or so). Extender is also coming to increase multitasking. Currently decently satisfied but still hungry for more.

Started extending, average 3 hours a day. On very busy days 1-3, weekends a bit longer. Trouble getting the tension right and this uneasy feel on my glans, I feel like manual stretches work much harder.

Still satisfied with the product (I bought an X4). I’m using the comfort strap right now, can’t get the velcro right and the noose seems too much

0.3inch in a month is probably the result of an optimized penis health, bloodflow, ellasticity of tissues, but not actual body transformation. That´s why those gains come and go.

If you stick to PE and exhaust your newbie (optimization) gains, then the real PE begins and that´s when each milimitre is a challenge and a real gain.

Clever tip. Gonna do that from now on. I’m not gonna separate heat from PE again, no wasting time making tissues tougher

You are right. So humbling to see that only EQ is powerful enough to add just that alone..
Hyped to put in the work and see what the body is capable off in transformations!

Thanks Unavailable! I think 6 is nothing too bad but eager to grow more!

So far so good with the extender, took a while to get accustomed to the straps and blood flow etc but now putting in whatever I can. Flaccid seems to change already which is new to me as most of my previous gains went straight to the erect department.

Still extending, slight length gains. Patience and discipline.. Sadly don’t have more time for it than I already have, read somewhere that if you don’t do 4 hours a day it is a waste of time. Anyone else has any experience with lower end of hours extending?

Girth went up to 5.4 out of the blue.

Because of the quarantaine I’ve been multi-tasking.

New info, what broke me through plateau: don’t underestimate added value of manuals.
I extended religiously for a couple of months. Only in may my progress jumped up again, I’ve reached 6.2 NBPEL and 5.5 MSEG. This happened AFTER I re-added manual workouts to my schedule. The heavy lifting is done through manuals and the time with extending.
This is also connected to erection quality. I overdid extending, leading to a loss of EQ. After resting I was fresh and ready to go.

Hoping to reach that short term goal!
