Where to begin, never been on a dick forum, never even took a dick pick, but excited to be here, talk, discuss, and share. Who I am? I’m a mid 40’s year old man, living with disease. My ‘dreams’ include being able to literally run, and move without pain.

My interest in PE are, and have been 2 fold. One, is to have greater sensation below my solar plexus, and navel; secondary goals at this point is to be Priapus, lol. Let me list off all that I’ve got physically wrong first, it’s important to the latter PE stuff. I’ve got MS, and a few other related conditions. Due to the neuropathy, and until recently not being able to recognize the feeling, or lack there of, I’ve lived what feels to be ‘cut off’; literally going through the sensory world with natural sensory deprivation; I was unaware of these imbalances.

I’ve practiced the ‘hidden man’ jeldging in the bathroom sort of thing, 10 minutes at a time, here, and there for 20 years. My dick stayed about the same the whole time. Good size, around 8”, and decent girth. Unbeknownst to me, my erections weren’t full size, ever. I’ve seen a lot of medical folks, and gurus through my duration. At one point around 10 years ago, a man explained to me, that my prostate wasn’t ‘activated’. I asked how in the hell I get an erection, and they said, it ain’t from your prostate, could just be a natural horny person. After ‘the insult’(rolls eyes, it’s hard finding out how truly messed up you are), I contemplated the ‘prostate’; actually for many years, and tried to comprehend how my ‘erections’ weren’t ‘real’; I only thought in size of what it was, not how healthy my penis was. So, 2020.

I really realized my erections weren’t full. Due to my issues, I’ve always studied the human form. Medically, or anatomy terminology doesn’t do much for me, I study the innate nature; seriously trying to create a mental, and spiritual energy body to mechanical physical body(which are lacking due to neuropathy). In watching men on video having sex with lovely ladies, I started to really pay attention. Never in my life had I watched porn for anything other than some sort of ‘blank’ gratification, yet here I was studying form in all ways. Trying to comprehend attraction, and movement; how it really works.

My routine up to this point wasn’t all the time, simply due to all my circumstances, I wanted to make sure, I wasn’t going to suffer from ED. In my mind, having ED on top of all the other issues would’ve been psychologically harsh. So I clouded my head with hedonism.

Somewhere in the last 2 years, I started doing my jelging standing up; noting the longer I could maintain an erection, the more ‘feeling’ I had lower. From there, noting the feeling, and knowing people hang stuff from their dicks, I figured it out. I started out experimenting with low weight, and different hanging set ups, and hanging points.

I don’t want to bore anyone, and will quickly go into my routine, and measurements. The point in mentioning all the above, is that I’m literally healing my body doing these exercises I’ve developed; I just want to share my progress, and developments.

My hanging set up quickly evolved into function. My current set up is super simple, cheap, and can hold a lot of weight. I use one of those exercise arm bands you get from a physical therapist. I wrap that around my mid shaft tight, really tight; usually about an inch back from the gland. I then use one of those ‘free weight’ wrist, or ankle straps with the metal loop. After the arm band, I wrap the wrist strap over, and around this tightly. The velcro quit working along time ago, so around the wrist strap, I use a bandana as the final sinching device.

From there, a simple chain to the weight. I worked quickly up to 10 pounds, then to 20, and up to 35; always for a longer while. The 35 pounds was always uncomfortable from the standpoint of pulling off easier. Normally I use 20 pounds now. I stand in place for 20 minutes. I incorporate some other things into this tiime period. Such as 3 minutes of neck mobility exercises, while holding hand grips in either hand. From there, usually for another 10 to 15 minutes, I’ll hold 10 pound weights in both arms. The whole while, I’m blaring binural beats via headphones, and meditating while looking in the mirror. My goal is to have an anchor point at the lowest center point I can. It’s allowed me to start building a mental/spiritual body, to marry to a physical body without the normal sensory input.

After this, I practice Qui-Gong, or as best as I’ve been able to figure out for free. This part was really iffy on my part, and thought at first, I’d pull my nuts off. Lol So, it took a while to get where I’m at here, but with a sock, bandana, chain, and weight, my nuts do some lifting. 1st, place the sock over my nuts, then cinch a bandana around the liltle bells; then I tie 2 more knots to hold the chain. The weight, and baring on my nuts was extremely iffy at first. I started out with a gallon milk jug, filled about a 1/3 of the way. WOW, too heavy! Long story short, I’m comfortably up to 10 pounds, sometimes 20 pounds for 20 minutes standing. I do this directly after the 1st hang.

After this, I practice around 20 minutes of edging.

It’s intense, and is what I credit with so much of my body advancements. It’s the Qui energy, and I believe, and know it. The goal is to raise the weight, and to build your core. It works. I usually do this program daily, as it gives me an extra boost of serious energy through the day.

My penis. I credit the PE for the size, but am unsure of how much is from that, and how much is from movement integration, and being able to get a full erection. Somewhere in the last 2 years, I’ve been able to ‘activate’ my prostate, and obtain full erections. I never had that 3rd lower portion of my dick inflated; never could feel, or flex the PB, but can now. My measurements vary depending on how much energy I can muster, and for how long. My measurements bone pressed, are between an easy 8.5”, to a rare, and difficult 9.3ish”; erect girth, is nice as well, head, and mid shaft are around 5.75(gland ring) to 6.5”, and insertible before the base is between 7 ad 7.5”.

It is a massive cock, my partner, she has paid the price. She’s scheduled to have an IUD(sp?) surgically removed from somewhere up inside. Apparently my pecker shoved that sucker so far in, they’re going to need to dilate, and use ultrasound to remove it. Kinda funny, but I feel bad for that, and try to go gently on her. I learned big is better, I just don’t use as much; length custom order, I guess.

All of my symptoms have diminished. I can control so much now, I’ve discovered my diaphram, and have been able to detach, and engage my psoas. My gluts have begun to work, as well as my shoulder girdle complex.

I guess this is ridiculously long, and probably long winded. My body is changing, and it’s in large part due to literally playing with myself, hahahahahah. Any questions, I’ll answer to the best of my ability; hope there’s participation.

Hey, and thank you for the welcome. I’m curious to the average age here, and general discussion topics. It took a while to decide to post, but I figured why not. Men’s health is important, and I guess the idea of ‘vitality’ is more of an Asian, or perhaps southern European concern, but it should be all people. To that point, I cannot recommend Qui-Gong enough. The Beever sign that I referred to in the OP, is a conditiion unique to ALS, FSHD, and a literal severed spine.

The idea of enduring weight on your nuts developing core muscles is legit; at least that’s my personal experience. It’s allowing me as I mentioned, to be able to more properly contract my lower abdomen, Psoas, and the PB muscle. It also is a source of continued energy through the day.

I do plan on updating this thread with developments. My main goal now, is overall body health; which is working well. My dick is simply at the point of being too big.
