Mr.marcus' Routine

Begin: Exercise your arms by holding and carrying big sticks. Can you think of any other stick you would like to be big and heavy? Change grip to strengthen different areas of your arms and hands.

Just move with feeling. Get started at a pace that your body can adjust to. Then listen to your body when it is time to grip harder, hold longer, move slower, reach deeper to stretch, open or activate a new area of your penis. You might also find that a corresponding part of your torso, neck or head also feels openness or release.

If we move faster than our body is ready, our body will pull back to its original position and we will lose gains.

Jelq is a natural motion. Like holding the stick, experiment with different grips- overhand, underhand.
