Mr. Happy's Routine

I remember measuring myself in the early nineties.
My EL length was 6.25 - didn’t measure anything else at that time.

I first came to the idea of PE after reading Mantak Chi’s “The Multi-Orgasmic Man” in April or May of 2000 - great book by the way.
So I started to do the things are covered in his book, which is not much with regard to enlargement. But it did seem to get a bit bigger, mostly in girth.

I measured myself. I was around 6.5 and wasn’t sure if I had just mis-measured before or had actually gained something.
Doubts about fooling myself, etc.

I later joined the Massive Member web-site in (October of 2002, I think) just to find out what they were talking about and see if it corresponded to Mantak Chia’s information. There was more information on that site and I started a routine, that I did consistently for a couple of months.

Warm up for two minutes.
Various Jelqs 15- 20 minutes
Warm down

FL 4.5 EL 6.75

Then I began to be lazy about the warm-ups (I know, I know) and started to get creative about the exercises.
I did this off an on for about four months. Got to 7.25 EL and 5 EG.

Took a long break.

When I came back to this. I had lost; I was at 6.75 EL and 4.75 EG (which is what I would guess was my starting girth).
Since the summer I have got to 7 EL and 4.95 EG.

My main problems are over training (I’m a little OCD) and my LOT seems to be down around 7 O’clock.

So now I’m doing mostly manual tunica stretches, and various Jelq exercises, and trying to be better about warm-ups.

Have been using the Thera-P to wrap after sessions and think the passive stretch is helpful. Also it keeps the cock warm as long as you wear it. This must help the warm-up and stretching, etc. I’m sure those magnets help with circulation if it’s not wrapped too tight.

Well, now.

Times have changed. I have been using a PeniMaster. And recently got into pumping. My stats don’t seem to be moving.

One thing, though, I’m using heat every time and while I’m not seeing size results the feeling of the exercises is much better.

Got PeniMaster in February and the LAP Dist pump in June. I’m seeing a definite increase in flaccid state. It hangs at 5.25” pretty consistently an is around 4.75” in flaccid girth.

EL is still about 7” and girth seems to vary between 5” and 5.125” At one point at the end of May I seem to remember geting to 5.25” girth. I don’t know what to think. So I’m just going to keep consistent and see what happens.
