Hello all,

My life is currently mired in my own insecurities and I’m sure you can easily deduce at least one of them. I’m still not convinced that this stuff will work, but what have I got to lose except time? I’m trying to tackle each of my self-perceived faults one by one. I’m currently starting out here with a 6.8 BPEL and something like 4.5 or 4.6 MEG. I have an ultimate goal of one day toting a respectable 8.5” x 6.5”, which are the exact dimensions of the Glade air-freshener bottle sitting in my bathroom right now.

Judging by some of the alleged results on this site, I don’t think my goal is too much to ask. But truth be told I’d be happy with merely just an extra inch in girth, or any progress at all frankly.

Lately, my insecurities have been really getting the better of me. A couple days ago I was sitting alone with my gun on my desk just waiting for the courage to put it to my head. I know that’s too much for this forum, but hey I’m already giving you guys my dick measurements, so we’re close enough.

I hope that I will be able to report here some progress in the coming months. I’ve been looking at PE stuff periodically for the last 6 months or so and I have to say that y’all have convinced me despite every mainstream source preaching the contrary (that you can’t increase your dick size). Thousands of people can’t be faking this, and I have my reasons to believe why it would be suppressed, but nevertheless I still remain skeptical.

The routine I currently am following is the Newbie routine (5 minutes of stretching, 10 of jelqing, and some kegel exercises — 2 days on 1 day off). I’ve been doing the routine for the last couple days, not exactly and not consistently but I am being honest in saying that I feel like my erections are feeling stronger. This might be placebo but at this point in my life I’ll take anything.

First of all according to studies and to the most men there are on this site your measurements aren’t small and should not be an inconvenience for intercourse. I know what’s to have such insecurities because me myself am very insecure when it comes to penis size and honestly I have even thought about the same you thought when you had the gun - I have never been to the point to have a gun in my hands though.

I’m not the perfect one to give suggestions but if you can go to a therapist you should because that kind of feelings are obviously not healthy or if you’re like me and you can’t go you should try to fight them. I’m here and if you want to talk just send me a PM.

Your routine seems good and it’s very similar to the newbie routine, which have given good results to many people on this site. Keep in mind that you may not see results from this routine in which case you should try another one and so on until you find one that works for you.

It’s good to know we’re not alone.

Thank you Jon, for your kind words. I sincerely appreciate it. I’m looking into the therapy options now, but I was in a particularly low point a couple days ago. I’ve been mostly staying positive the last few days. Elon Musk said on his Joe Rogan podcast “I’d rather be optimistic and wrong than pessimistic and right.” I’ve taken his message to heart almost as a mantra and I think it’s given me a bit of help.

Interesting, I’ve been semi-consistent (2 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, two days off.. Stuff like that) with the Newbie Routine and today I measured myself this morning and wow. I, for the first time ever, not only reached the 7 inch mark on the wooden spoon I’ve been measuring myself with (don’t judge me, I don’t have a ruler, only a measuring tape), and with a strong kegel I actually push slightly passed it, maybe 7.1”.

I haven’t measured any girth gains yet, but I *swear* it looks like it’s thicker. No gains compliments from my girlfriend yet (I’ve been keeping my PEing private) but she walked into the bathroom while I was stretching and poked her head into the shower and I stopped and she said “What were you doing?” and I blew her off with something like “What are YOU doing?” to which she replied “I don’t know what you were doing but you were doing something. ~~**Why are you so long?**~~ “

Times are a changing! I’ll report again probably in the next couple weeks. I’ll get a girths measurement also.

I haven’t recorded any minute-by-minute PE sessions, but I would say that they average about 35-40 minutes each.

When I was doing the full newbie routine (I’m currently only doing stretches) I used to take between 30 and 40 minutes including the time of heating, the seconds my penis rested between stretches and the time I used to keep my erection so I think the time you take is pretty good.

I was out of town for work over the weekend and I didn’t do any PE during my trip. I drank a good bit of alcohol while I was away and then yesterday when I came home I also drank some more alcohol! I don’t usually drink that much, so I’m going to cut back completely on the drinking. I felt like my EQ had suffered a bit, but now that I’m home again I’m going to get back on my routine. I did a session today and felt like I couldn’t get to 100% erect, even while edging. Also, while edging I ended up accidentally busting my load and I got pissed (silly reaction).

I will continue, and I’m feeling really optimistic about my routine.

Came again while edging. I think I’m going to stop edging. Since I accidentally climax it sort of becomes de facto masturbation, which I have been actively avoiding for awhile because it affects my libido and it’s embarrassing because my girlfriend can tell (because my “emissions” are significantly lessened when we have sex). You live and you learn, however. I thought the idea of flooding your penis with blood after a PE session made sense, but if I end up coming then I think I’m probably doing more harm than good. Maybe I just haven’t yet mastered the art of edging, but I think I’ll keep away for now. I made my first ~.3” length gains before I even started adding edging.

Anyway, tomorrow is my off day so I’ll see how these more intense days (because of the edging) have payed off, if at all.
