Minotaur's manual stretching progress

15 minutes of manual stretches SD. I had a slight erection halfway through the session, but it went OK. Took zinc and folic acid.

Uncircumcised V Grip Problem

What I do for v grip is that I pull my skin down and use the grip , so that my fingers are hooked directly on to my penis and not the skin. But I felt like I wasn’t really making any significant stress on my shaft.

I tried by pulling only my skin all the way up and then hooking my v grip on to my penis and then stretching and sure enough I felt that my penis was stretching more and it even hung more after the session.

So my question is do I continue with my method or just use the method usually used by uncircumcised guys?? Am I fooling myself by actually just stretching the skin?? Should I just add more stress to my 1 method?

Always stretch with your foreskin pulled back.

@Youngpp As Patrik_16 wrote, I always pull my foreskin back while doing stretches. Personally I don’t use V grip, but reverse OK grip with toilet paper as an aid. So far I am satisfied, as I can hold stretch for 2+ minutes.

Regarding my routine today: rest day, but I took zinc and folic acid.

I am 27, uncut and have been involved in PE on and off since 2015., primarily jelqing and edging. My starting size was BPEL: 6.7” and MEG: around 5”. Currently my BPEL is 7.4” and my MEG is 5.2”. My routine is focused on length and consists of manual stretches and kegels/reverse kegels. Primary goal: hit 8” BPEL.

Parallel with PE I am working on losing fat and getting in shape, as well as increasing ejaculation volume. I hope this diary will keep me (and possibly others) motivated and consistent. Lot of work ahead, let’s go!

Hey man so it seems, but as it is the case with many I was very inconsistent with my PE routines. But it sure is long journey if you want to gain considerably.

RETURN TO THE STRETCHING ROUTINE

I am back at manual stretching routine, 15 min a day for the beginning, hoping to stay consistent this time and really dedicate myself to routine.

STATS: BPEL: 7,4”, MEG: 5,2”.

My first short term goal: hit 8” BPEL.
