Hi.

What if after the first two sessions STRAIN was 0%?

I mean.

1st day = pre. 6.4, post. 6.4

2nd day = pre.6.4, post 6.4

Is the weight (calculated from the calculator) too small or can I wait a week or two and then measure the PRE and POST strain again?

Then you are doing something wrong. No heat, no weight…


I use a BIB hanger and a thermo mug with boiling water inside. I put the thermo mug against the shaft. The skin and the cup are separated by a piece of cloth (the cup is too hot for the first 15 minutes.
I have used various PE methods in the past, but with no results.
The last method is a hanging 3-4h/ week with a max weight of around 11lbs.
Current routine:

BIB Hanger
1 set= 15min 2.9lbs cold
2 set= 20min 5lbs heat ( thermo mug )
3 set= 15min 6lbs cold

So I bought US Pro 2000 2nd Ultrasoundand and after a break I want to start a new routine using ultrasound.

Do I understand correctly that it should look something like this?

Method: hanging with BIB and US pro device
2-3 days on, 2days off
1 cycle = about 40-50 days
Girth: +/- 100mm
Warm up weight = 1.5-1.7kg 1x20min
Heat weight = 2.2-2.7kg 1x20min or 2x15min
Cool Down = 3-3.2kg 1x 15min
Heat weight time = Turn on the device, put the gel on the top of the shaft, put the device on the shaft at pre-heats up to 95 ° F for the first 3 minutes, turn the small circles, then turn on the 1.60W / cm² level and another 17 minutes (if the set = 20min) spinning small circles, taking care not to hold the device at one point for more than 10 seconds.
