I’m new to PE I have started 3 months ago and I have stuck with the newbie routine. I have gained 2 cm. In length nothing in girth. Girth is more important for me since that’s what my lady likes. My routine is 3 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I rest the rest of the days. I do about 20 min and the last 5 minutes I incorporate the horse squeeze which I have read works well for girth. I’m not very aggressive with my PE to avoid injuries. I have noticed the benefits of a hard cock. I’m 45 and I have been woken up in the middle of the night to my cock being very hard, and it stays that way for like 5 min!!

I will post periodically and stick with this routine unless anyone can give me some advice that is not aggressive in gaining girth. Thanks !!

Hi Mike! Good luck on your journey. I’ve been going on for about 9 months, but still afraid to do anything more advanced than Linear Newbie Routine or do squeezes like you do lol.

I don’t know about your routine, but when jelqing, focus on applying pressure to the sides of your penis more than you would on the top and bottom. I use V Grip for that when jelqing, and the second reason is my girth is small (under 5” EG). OK grip is pretty much uncomfortable.


Current (2023-10-29): 5.71" BPEL, 4.49" EG

Short Term Goal: 6" BPEL, 5" EG

Ultimate Goal: 7" BPEL, 5.5" EG

Thank you for your response. Do you think the V grip is good for girth? I started with underhand grip now I switched to overhand. I find that I can really start at the base. I apply moderate pressure from the start then as I near the top I loosen the pressure. I read right at the there are nerves that can get damaged.

I have slowly incorporated the horse squeeze. I think that for me different squeezes tend to shock my penis for it to grow. I compare it to lifting weights. My muscles stop growing until I switch my work outs.

Something interesting has happened maybe coincidence. But I have noticed the first time my penis grew a couple of days before that I woke up at night because it was extremely hard and erect and it stayed that way for 5 min. Now, like 3 days ago, same thing happened and today o found it has grown 1/16 of an inch!! I wonder if it’s a coincidence or maybe this has happened to others. I’m happy is growing in length but it has not grown in thickness and that’s what I really want.

Does girth take longer to grow than length ?

according to the various posts and my direct experience girth takes longer to grow than length. The V-grip is great for jelq. Since you have already done 3 months of basic routine you can combine pumping which works on the girth and edging with campling and that is what I do. However waking up with a hard, throbbing penis is great, these are all positive signs for the PE work you are doing. I started 10 months ago and according to the last measurement in March I had gained 2 cm with the benefit of error because initially I had not taken an accurate measurement.

Hi Mike!

With edging you work on the penis by stimulating it as with masturbation, I perform edging without cumming with sessions between 20/30 minutes.

So with edging you delay and then control the orgasm, in a postponement game that tends to amplify the pleasure. So edging consists of, approaching the edge of orgasm without reaching it, starting again going very close to orgasm and again stopping and then resuming. Postponement is repeated as long as one wants or can. The benefit is both on girth because you keep the penis at maximum expansion and arousal for a long time, and on orgasm control which is useful in the relationship to last longer and be able to achieve high levels of libido for both partners.

I also recommend that you put a cook ring at the base of the penis at the end of the max edging session for 20 minutes in order to block the blood in the penis and still maintain the state of expansion.

I recommend not to overdo it all of a sudden with the exercises but get the penis used to it little by little you have to condition it, especially with campling the penis will take on a purplish color so do sessions max 5 minutes and then stop and continue with 3 minutes of edging and this seguence repeat it 3 times.

So now I just need to do sessions where I also clamp it at the base for a couple of minutes little by little. I would imagine clamping with my fingers will do the trick too. Thank you

Mike! definitely that you can do finger tightening, in fact initially I used to do it too now for a month I bought a cable clamp which gives more force however it takes more attention. I suggest you read the posts of my friend Houstonwoods a forerunner of edging/camping without disgorging who advised me a lot and the results for now are there and I hope you will get them too. Welcome, Mike1978 - Great of you to start slow like this. Yes, the squeezes. Eventually, when you feel comfortable, move to pumping. That helps with girth.
