Mgus' Routine

Started October 2004 - Xmas 2004 with newbie routine of manual stretch, clamped squeeze and jelquing (average 5+5+15 minutes) 4-5 days a week. No measured gains, but I had harder erections.

January 2005 I started doing JAI-stretching and clamped squeeze, pretty much stopped jelquing. Did not measure, but noticed slight flaccid length gains.

February 2005 I started doing Orange bends and traction wrapping (4-8 hrs day), stopped clamped squeezes. This was done in 2-3 short sets daily during the working week. Noticed immediate flaccid length gains and slight erect length gains, as well as beefier feeling of girth.

Early march 2005 I have started dry jelquing, orange bends and varied stretching every other day (daily if I can find time). Traction wrapping ~4 hrs daily after workout. Measured gains from start: EL ~1,5 cm and EG ~1,0 cm. Most erect gains seems to have come after focus on stretches, Orange bends and traction wrapping. Flaccid gains definitely came after this changed focus.
