This is my first progress report thread here at Thunders. I had one I started back in 2011 at MOS ( I kinda got tired of the culture there). I was doing PE for a while and then fell out of it. I lost a little bit of my gains but no more than .25’. I was skeptical at first but as a trained scientist I started with a structured regime and was made a believer by the progress. That belief was only cemented when I quit PE of years and my gains remained. Most of my time back then was focused on length gains and I didn’t have a great method for girth gains as I struggled to find a good way of keeping any of the size post pumping.

My absolute largest was BPEL 7.8” MEG 5”, but always a consistent minimum of 7.5”. I am trying to pick up my old goal and hopefully reach it.

I restarted on and off at the beginning of 2022 at:

The .75” girth gain will be the struggle but I think is attainable looking at the statistical analyses of gains and I’ve got some tricks of my own that I have developed over the years.

What worked best for your length gains? I started with an extender followed by jelqing. I am going to begin vacuum hanging soon. I know consistency is key. My wife supports and I have some time to dedicate to this endeavor. Best of luck to you!

The main thing I attribute my fast gains to was trying to find creative ways of maintaining whatever temp size I got in sessions. And I was trying to be time efficient where I could be. I was working from home so I could use a stretcher a lot. I always struggled to maintain girth but I seemed to grow in a rough 2:1 ratio. Growing an inch in length and 0.5in in girth in less than a year.

Back then I was pumping, had a size genetics stretcher, and did manual stretching. And ALWAYS listen to my body and try not to push it too far, taking a rest day when I felt I needed it instead of strictly adhering to a plan that might be unrealistic and open the door for injury. In addition to this, I was always hanging a light weight while I slept. I took special care to make sure there were no issues with it getting caught or anything. Also I don’t move much in my sleep.

I don’t have a lot of experience only 7 months however I have read a lot about PE and from what you write I see that you have applied the best recommended methods to not damage yourself. In fact it seems that you have been doing well with the exercises, gains and not less important the maintenance of your gains even after prolonged stops. I will take advantage of your experience for advice if you want, thanks regards.
