Maverik87's Routine

All exercise is currently done in the shower prior to work. I warm up with the water, then do some stretching. I follow this with about 100 4-5 second Jelqs. Next I will do about 4 Ulis at 60 seconds count intervals. This will be followed by a cool down stretch.

If time permits, I will occasionally hang with 5 1/3lb golf weight donuts during the day. This happens a couple times a week usually.
