Maverick383's Routine

Occasionally wake up to PE before work, if I can sqeeze it in, its about 10 minutes or so.
Then about 30 minutes on my lunch break.
I finish off the day with about an hour or so after my shower before bed followed by a 30 minute fowfer.
and all throughout the day I do kegels when i remember to.

Exercises used: Jelqing, SO pulls, downward pulls, rotary pulls, and a “jelq-pull” where i stretch with my left hand, and jelq with my right, fowfers, kegels, and the occasional pump session at 5 -hg when the old lady isnt around (not very often though)
