Making of the mortar - My Progress and Methods
Welcome to my progress report. I’ll try to update this thread every time I change something in my program, notice some new issues or reach new PE milestones. You can read my introduction in the “Penis Enlargement Basics” segment for more information about me and my PE journey.
21.10.2022 was the day I started the Newbie Routine
I started with only the manual stretches of 30 seconds per side, a total of 5 minutes of stretching. I’m also doing the kegels, currently I can do 20 of the 5 second kegels. I try to increase the amount every time I feel like I can, but a maximum of 5 per session. I’m also edging for 10-15 minutes after each session. I added 25 jelqs to my sessions this week and I plan to add 25 jelqs every week if I have good PI’s and solid EQ. I use rice sock for warming up.
My current PI’s as of 28.10.2022 are positive and I have better EQ than when I started the Newbie Routine. Throughout this first week of PE, I’ve noticed increased flaccid hang and stronger morning wood. I won’t measure until I’ve done 4 weeks of PE. My last measurements were BPEL of 6.3” and EG of 6.3”. FL was 3.1”.
My plan is to condition my unit for more advanced means of PE. With that in mind, my short term goal is to gain back the 0.8” of BPEL that I gained years ago and have since lost.
