The basic routine: Everyday, two hours in morning.

Warm Up 5 to 10 min
Stretching (1 minute stretches, 4 in every direction and front, back stretch (2) and turn stretch (2)
200 Jelqs (Over, Underhand, C Grip, Wet Jelqs)
Warm Up 5 to 10
Kegels 25 or 50 depending
