Good day gentlemen. I’ve been doing PE on and off for about 16 years. I never stayed consistent and my most recent break was over 7 years long. I’ve decided to give it another try and stay at it. I’m 1 month in to my current routine and I’m proud to say that I’ve made some measurable gains in this short time.

I started at 7.1 BPEL and 4.8 EG. So naturally I wanted to add some girth but wasn’t too concerned with length right now. I’m on a 4 day on 3 day off routine as that’s what my schedule allows at the moment. The first week I did a warm up and a little bit of manual stretching. Followed be 150 wet jelqs and a cool down. I gradually worked my way up to 500 wet jelqs.

I have not gained any length in this 1 month time span as I have not stretched much besides during my warm up. However, I have gained about .25 inches in girth. I think I may add hanging to my routine to help with the length gains as I really dislike manual stretching. I will continue the wet jelqs for girth until I plateau, then I will add more girth exercises.

One thing I will add is that I listen to my penis. Although I have exercise goals, if my penis can’t take it I stop and try again the next day. The 3 days off and cutting routines short when my penis can’t take it seems to be working for me and the girth gains seem to validate this. Less seems to be more in my case.

My goal is to be at least a 5.75 in EG and close to 8 in BPEL. I’m not too concerned with length gains as I hit cervix quite often with what I have now. I’m focused on stretching some holes out now.

Had to take a week off due to some privacy issues. During that time I combed through the site to gain as much knowledge as possible. I cam across Bib’s Loss Of Tugback theory which can be found here: Bib’s LOT Theory 101

My starting LOT unfortunately is at 6:00. Basically, if I go by this theory, the hanging that I planned on doing to help with length will most likely be a waste of time as I would see little to no gains. I guess it’s time to stop being lazy and start manual stretching with higher frequency and duration. I only seem to be getting girth gains from jelqing so I’m going to have to come up with a plan to start seeing the length that I’m looking for. Wish me luck.

Those are great gains in girth. When you’re Jelqing are you squeezing the base and keeping it constricted the whole time? Is this integral to the Jelqing?

My base is the narrowest part of my shaft so that’s where I’m trying to Jelq the most and I can’t do that if I have my off hand applying pressure there. I wonder if a cock ring would accomplish the same thing?

When I jelq, as soon as I start my movement up my shaft with one hand I am placing and squeezing the other hand at the base in preparation for the next jelq stroke.

I recently began girth specific exercises and I use a cock ring when I do them. It helps out a lot.
