I wear a one pound ‘circle device’ for and ADH ~6 days a week

September 5, 2013

warm up- 10 minutes (perineum and outer penis)
jelq - 10 minutes
kegel/ stretch - 15 minutes (up, down, forward, left and right 45 seconds each way then 45 seconds of kegels)
warm down - 5 minutes

October 11, 2013

warm up- 10 minutes (perineum and outer penis)
jelq - 10 minutes
kegel/ stretch - 15 minutes (up, down, forward, left and right 45 seconds each way then 45 seconds of JAI stretches//kegel the whole time)(upward stretch against downward pressing fulcrum at penis base)
warm down - 5 minutes
wear one pound "circle device" rest of day
