Lovingit's Routine

I am an intermittent PEer… on and off for many years however have seen great gains in the past year or so - I believe this is down to commitment and I can pretty much write off hormones and natural growth as this growth has occurred between the ages of roughly 23 to 25. I found out about PE years ago - wish I had been a serious early-adopter as I would have had a great head start!

Bad technique in my early days caused injuries (burst blood vessels) and I believe has also contributed to deforming the natural shape of my penis - baseball bat effect!

I am an avid clamper and use both cable clamps and hose clamps. I prefer hose clamps, despite their intense pressure and intrinsic risks. They should be respected.

On workout days:
1. Warm-up in the shower or bath minimum 15 minutes - hot!
(sometimes accompanied by dry jelqs in shower but not high pressure as I am prone to blood spots)

2. BTC stretches for 4 - 5 minutes - pulling hard.

3. 30+ minutes erect clamping in 10 minute sets, kegeled to full pressure and clamped off with hose clamp and tennis wrist band wrap.
(2 - 3 minutes stretching and jelqing between sets to restore blood flow).

4. Post-workout semi-erect Jelqs 5 to 10 minutes (probably 30 to 40% erect, performed slowly, focusing on base to remedy baseball bat shape).
