Morning -Warm up in shower. Manual stretch 5 mins. Wet jelq 5 mins. Get full erection. Go flaccid with warm water from shower. Evening, stretch with keggles (DLD?) for 5 mins. Get fully erect, relax. Done.

Just updating my routine as it has changed many times. This is the most recent as I’m staying with it but have very limited time to get crazy.

This routine keeps me plump all the time. Some days fatter than others but length seems to be stagnant. Always chubby in my pants and noticed more. Know if I could only get my balls a bit bigger!

Days - 2 on 1 off. Warm up with grain sock until I can’t feel the heat anymore. Stretch 30 seconds each - down, up, side, side, over the wrist x2, circles each direction. Wet jelq - 20 fully flaccid, 20, 40% erect, 60-100, 60-75% erect. Fully erect squeezes x5 for 30 seconds each. Once a week I do a clamping variation with a doubled over hair tie (kind of hard to get on, but well worth it). Edge for 20-30 mins, go flaccid, get erect, go flaccid and remove tie. 5-10 min warm down with grain sock.
