Hey long dong, I saw you posting on longer stretch thread ,
“went from 17,8 cm to 19,5 cm BPFSL in 45 Days with Longerstretchs Routine, that was back in May.

I was on a Break for 7 months, on December first I was at 18,5 cm, so I cemented 0,7 cm and am currently in my second Cycle, my Goal for this Cycle is 60 Days.

Before, I tried Longerstretchs Routine, I wasn’t gaining any Length.”

What exactly did you apply of his routine to gain?

I have it all written down on the first Page of my this Progress Report, feel free to check it out, I was even measuring my Strain after every Session. This Time I only measure after 30 Days, I want to surprise myself with my Gains :)

Measuring every Day kinda takes out the Fun for me.

I Basically did exactly what he did, with varying Times though.

I feel like Iam still not that heavy ,I want to reach around 4kg first and then take a big decon and start fulcrum hanging like you. I am 100% not a easy gainer , I don’t have a big upward curve but I have it , I can feel the cord in the middle taking a lot of the load , I did manual fulcrums in the past and they are great , hopefully fulcrum hanging will bring me the gains I want after I finish this journey with vacuum hanging and heat.

My max weight is my Cooldown weight , which is, 3.9 kg, my heatet weight ranges from 3-3.4 kg.

Also I am not Fulcrum Hanging in this Cycle, I will Upload Pictures about my current Setup, also I will Upload my Spreadsheet with all the Details about my Program on January first.

( I have a Pulley with a cord and weights on the bottom site of my desk, so when I sit on my chair, my cock gets pulled straight out in a sitting position, since it‘s so easy to hang like this I am cranking up crazy times, around 3 hours per day, the heatet time is around 50-60 minutes within the 3 hours overall)

I ordered my JelqtoGain Vacuum Hanger today (jelqtogain.com),

i must say though, that at this point, my current Setup is working pretty good, but i am a curious Person and i wonder if the JelqtoGain Vacuum Hanger is better for hanging, if it is, good for me, i don´t mind spending some Money on my PE. I think with the Phallosan + Bathmate + regular Pump + JelqtoGain Vacuum Hanger + DLD Lengthmaster + other Stuff, i spent around 950 € on Pe Devices over a period of 10 Years, so guess my Money Management is still fine.

What sold me on the JelqtoGain Vacuum Hanger is , that it has a standard Vacuum Hose Connection and i was looking on the Internet for a Hanger like this, because i could use the Vacuum Pump, like from my Penis Pump and get a better vacuum and hanging heavier weights in Future “maybe”. With my Phallosan Vacuum Chamber i have to repump every 5 minutes or so, because it loses vacuum, thats not a super big deal, but if i could eliminate this Problem with the JelqtoGain Vacuum Hanger, that would be awesome. It has also a Sleeve System, that appears to be promising and very easy to use to hang, right now i have to use Babypowder, if i could eliminate this Problem, that would be great as well.

How do i use the Phallosan for Vacuum hanging:

Rule 1: No fluid in the Vacuum Chamber

through Vacuum hanging, fluid builds up in the Chamber, to combat that, i put some toiletpaper + foam in the Chamber, which absorbs the fluid, also before i put in my Unit, i cover everything with Babypowder, which absorbs fluids as well.
With this setup, after getting used to hanging, i hang without a protector cap for 2 Hours, my Glans has toughened up and i get no blisters. As soon as you hang for to long, and fluid builds up, you are risking to get blisters, i am highly carefull here, because i don´t want to wait 2 weeks, until my glans healed again, to start all over again. So i take a break after 2 hours, always, i think i could do 3 easily, but i don´t risk any injuries here.

Also to Note, i tried Vacuum hanging with the Protector Cap for the Glans and i was still getting Blisters with it, no Protector Cap + Babypowder + Toiletpaper, has worked best for me as of right now. The Weight you hang also plays a big part on the Blisters department, i didn´t go higher than 3.9 kg with my current Setup, so i can´t tell how it would behave with heavier weights, also i don´t know how heavy i can hang with the Phallosan Pump, but since i loses Grip on my Glans with 3.9 kg and i have to repump every 5 minutes, i guess , i am at the Limit of it, not sure though.

5.5Squared Log

Just reread 5.5squared Progress Report, he gained like crazy even though he used very light weights, he started with 1 kg and slowly raised the Weight in 170 g increments guide lined by the Strain Rate, he was moving in a window of 1.5 - 2.5 % Strain per Session, hanging for around 2 Hours per Day with heat. Check his Stats, that is a blueprint for bulletproof gains!

He also found out that more Time would‘nt give him higher Strain Rates nor more gains, so basically weight and heat is the major factor, the time needed for the max elongation with „x kg“ weight is to be figured out for everyone by themselves. Also very important is the stretched cooldown!

I will stick to my 3.9 kg for this Cycle and see what happens, maybe I will be just fine, or I will need a Decon much sooner, because of the toughening up. If my approach fails, we‘ll know that high Strain Rates are counterproductive, or that you gain faster, we‘ll see! I will measure once today, just to have an Idea where my Strain Rate is at with my current weight. I also wonder how long the optimal cooldown should be, so we don‘t just waste time.
