Stretching (5 sets)

5-way Stretch (hold each “way” for 50 secs, then Circle Shake for 10 secs)

Grab base of flaccid shaft with one hand, then middle of shaft with other, and stretch for 20 secs.

Grab middle of flaccid shaft with one hand, then end of shaft with other, and stretch for 20 secs.

Circle Shake for 20 secs. (Grab base of flaccid penis with one hand, and “shake” penis in a circle, like a jump rope or something)

Jelq’ing (250 Total to begin, then add 50 every 2 weeks)

50 Jelq’s per set.

60% or so erect, just enough to get a good stretching sensation when you jelq.

Slow, tight, 3-second Jelq

Do not remove hand at top of shaft until the next one reaches it (giving you a good Clamping sensation as you jelq)

Between each sets, Circle shake for 30 secs.

That’s about it. Warm up is 10 minutes with hot cloth or soak in tub.
