LaneSplitter's Routine

Warm up 5-10 minutes, manual stretches 15-20 minutes, jelqing and clamping on and off eg; jelq 10 minutes, clamp 10 minutes. I do this at least 3 times. Jelq additional 5 minutes, heat 5 minutes and manual stretch 5 minutes. End with low pressure wrap for 30 minutes to a few hours.
