Kingken's Routine

Start with 5 mins of warm towels or hot shower as a pre work out.
Start with 10-15 minutes stretching.
Pull to the sides alternately and forwards.
Then start with my jelqing routine, much prefer the over hand grip, and get my index finger under the penis.
Using alternate hands work for 20-30 minutes, as this is my fourth month on the program.
Also use technique to pull balls with other hand underneath in order to get a better grip lower down the shaft. Put one foot on a table to be able to do this and jelq in a downwards motion.
Put a few pumping kegels in here and there to keep blood in the shaft.
After trying, Vaseline, and Vaseline baby oil mix, have settled on olive oil as this is smoother and leave the skin very soft and smooth.
All at about 70-80% erection, last 10 mins 90%

After 20-30 min routine, then do 5 mins stretching, left right, forwards and downwards directions

In three month already noticed a difference in the feel of my penis at least, feel fuller and in better health now it is getting some attention! MORE attention
