I had taken time off from PE, my stats are 7.125 by 5.25

After pumping for a few days the girth is now 5.625 without any swelling/edema — I know it’s not cemented, but wow.

I can get to BPEL in the cylinder at 5” Hg, by stopping then jelquing, stretching, and then going back in the cylinder.

I keep it at about 5” Hg — and have worked up to 25 minutes.

My first goal is three 30 minute sessions with stretching and jelquing between

I have pulsed between 10” and 5” Hg but have not really noticed much other than the glans may be expanding more.

This morning had 6” girth after 30 minutes at ~5” Hg. That’s after 5 days of pumping.

Not much edema or lymph at all — I can feel the engorged corpora cavernosa

I’ve been using a 21/4” cylinder , but my 2” is arriving today.

Based on this morning’s measure — I should be able to pack the 2” cylinder soon, and then start length.

I plan to alternate between the two cylinders to get length and girth

Prior to quitting PE I had been up to 5.75” girth.

I din’t say no edema — I said not much at all.

Girth during masturbation several hours after pumping was 5.5”-5.625” the last 2 days.

Obviously these are not cemented gains — and it may be I’m just getting back to the 5.75” I had a year or so ago.

Last night pumped for 35 minutes at 5” Hg, using the 2” cylinder that came yesterday.

No donut at all.

Girth this morning was 5.625 MSEG, 5.75 BASE

I checked your threads and you did a very interesting bundled exercise.
Im feeling like Im doing similar to you.
Can get usable expansion without much edema. I suppose its elastic gains that can revert if you stop doing it. (or needs the occasional high intensity exercise)

Yes, I’m actually doing them between pumping sessions. I had continued them intermittently even though I quit regular PE.

I also noticed that it helps keep my dick straight in the cylinder. If it starts to bend to one side — I will quick release the pressure pull out — do a bunch of rotary corkscrews and then re-pump.

The first time it actually caused a fluid sac that lasted about an hour or two - from my grip near the glans— but now my dick is used to it, and I’m a bit more careful.

Flaccid Hang is 5”
Flaccid Girth is 4.5”

Took a short break from pumping since 5/20

May have instigated some thrombo-phlebitis in a superficial vein —> a small section of the blood vessel is hard and tender

Has mostly resolved over the last 4 days — no pumping — but jelquing causes no discomfort so have been jelquing since yesterday.

Still healing the thrombo phlebitis — not painful just irritating

jelquing and masturbating cause no discomfort — however, there is a risk of clots if I pumped before its healed

Its only a superficial vein/lymph vessel it moves with the thin skin so there is no chance of it causing a weakness in Buck’s Fascia or the tunica

— and after reading a Thunder post it may be a lymphocele because it is whitish, and has little bumps along it (valves)

I think I’m going to have to try the pump up and then drain the lymph process — there is no change from the press or light massage —

Luckily it is definitely only in the skin — i can pull the skin away and feel it in the pulled away skin

There is no pain

2 sessions at 5” for 25 minutes with heat

I started pumping again today, it has not caused it to change in size or cause pain — in fact it seems to allow the lymph to drain a bit (perhaps the pressure of the lymph from pumping helps open the valves.

pressure (squeezing between thumb and finger) after pumping seemed to make it less prominent.

I’m going to pump with heat and gently use pressure and light massage to try and resolve it

I had that happen to me once. The vessel got clogged at the base and the fluid inside traveled all the way up to the glans. I tried everything. Finally I heated up my dick and used the pad of my finger to rake it toward my abdomen and the lymph nodes are there. Almost immediately it cleared. Be forewarned, this may be a reoccurring issue after this. When I get fluid buildup from PE that vessel swells up and as it drains from behind the glans it raises up like it did that one time. It’s never permanent and only lasts a few minutes but it does happen very often. Don’t be surprised.
