Johnjelqob's Routine

Erect Jelq between 8-15 minutes for 3 times a day. 4 seconds bottom half, 4 seconds top half.

Flaccid stretch after each bathroom break: (1) Up w/ right hand; pull down on base with left 5 sec then down mid shaft 5 sec (2) Down w/ right hand; pull up on base with left 5 sec then up mid shaft 5 sec (3) Left w/ left hand; pull right on base with right 5 sec then right mid shaft 5 sec (4) Right w/ right hand; pull left on base with left 5 sec then left mid shaft 5 sec (5) Out with right hand; pull up, down, left right on base and then mid shaft for 5 seconds each pull.
