Jayo 22's Routine

Start with 5 minutes stretch

Do 10 minutes of Helicopters, 5 one way, 5 the other

15-20 minutes of Jelqing 400-600, firm

5-10 minutes of Helicopters, same way

5 minutes of easy stretching and massaging

I do my workouts in the shower and don’t start until I am thoroughly warmed up then warm down for at least five minutes.

I do at least 500 kegels per day, varying speeds, holds and such.
