Jab100's Routine

5-10 mins heat wrap, followed by stretches manually for 10 mins. then 3 ten minute sets of clamping. or 3 15 minute sets of hanging in various directions and adding weight with each set. followed by 5 min warm down or massaging. every other day wearing rings for most of day on and off during day.
