Hello guys this is a little bit log and a little bit questioning to continue.
First of all I want to say you that I sporadically doing p.e alot of years . Started with jelging did manual stretches and used extender. I definitely had grown but never measured properly at the beginning so I don’t know exactly how much I earned.
The last six weeks I started manual exercises again. Suddenly I don’t remember how much I measured at the beggining. The 5 week I measured 17.8-18 cm maybe 18.3cm once but this for a few seconds otherwise 17-17.5 I can’t explain it . I decided to measure after 1 week (6th yesterday) and the result was again 17.8 -18.2 cm .. The above is BPEL with fat pad over 1 inch .(I am not fat though)
My routine is 7 minutes stretching in the morning and 7 before sleeping. I started with 2.5minutes x2 and every week added some time. Sometimes I do bends

My goal is length .
Problems a little bit upward and left curve so I don’t do v stretches only inverted
I am not circumsized and my skin is attached to head of pennis so when I stretch I pull the skin also and I think skin has grown to :/

I haven’t cum ejaculated since I started at least with my effort only in sleep and because of that I feel very horny sometimes and have erections

Please suggestions on how to continue. Ideas for manual stretches and new routine. I don’t have privacy so I can’t use extender or anything else.

You are talking about A stretch right? Yes thats nice one I did it only with right hand pulling I think its a good idea to do it with the other to. Thank you . Any tip to not stretching so much skin?

1. Right hand (or whichever you prefer) grabs the end of the penis.
2. Left hand and wrist go underneath penis.
3. Left hand clamps onto right wrist for support.
4. Penis drapes over left wrist.
5. Pull down

There is probably some official PE name for this, but I don’t know what it is.

01.09.20 BPEL - ~18.0 cm/~7.09". 12.12.20 BPEL - 19.0cm/7.48". EG - 5.06"

1st goal: NBPEL 7.5"; EG 5.5". 2nd goal (if I feel like it's worth it): The 8" x 6" log.

Continued this week with the manual stretches

Sunday is a rest day decided to take a measurement suddenly BPEL was lower about 17.7-8 max I think this is because of EQ . It wasn’t so good no matter how much I tried . Almost before cum still not good EQ. Hope tomorrow the penis will heal and the EQ will be better but I doubt that it will reach 18.5 cm .

Okay another week . First of all want to make clear something I’ve noticed. I measured wrong. I measured when I was sitting down and this is not right way because it gives you 0.5 cm more so the 18.2-3 it was like this . Today I measured both ways sitting down and standing up . Sitting down its about 18.4-7 that range standing up it was about 17.8-18.2 that range . My main problem is the skin as I can’t avoid stretching it and I feel it became longer -_- other problems is stretches my penis is getting used so I need some ideas for stretching currently BTC is the best .

As this is not supposed to be a contest as to who has the biggest dick, there is no real right or wrong way to measure, you just have to decide which way you want to do it and then continue with that method so you can compare to your self.

I used the VLC with Sizegenetics. The VLC add-on accommodates me not being circumcised.

Hello guys just an update by the end of November maybe beginning of December (1 week) I was done with stretching.

I have measured 18.4-5 cm BPEL

But my skin became longer and thicker especially the first days (about thickness) I think it was lympatic fluid. I also noticed a lump and get scared alot but after searching I concluded that its lymphocele and the thing is that it shrunken after a week or 2 but when I am ejaculating its coming back..

Yesterday started vacuum stretching attached to leg this is the second day and I already got blisters .. -_- Manual stretching isn’t an option to continue as I said because of the skin so please any suggestions to avoid blisters would be great.. Thanks! And happy new year! With alot of gains 😁

Hello. There is been alot of time been passed. Recently I started again manually stretching. My current measurement is more than 18.5 BPEL . But I am also focusing on reducing my upward curve. I think it will give me 1-2 cm . I know some of you wish to have something like this but I ain’t I just want straight or slightly upwards pennis (normal) . So please avoid trying convincing me for the opposite. I would like suggestions about how I could try to correct it . I am trying erect bends right now. I can’t be sure if they are working. Also my penis is slightly curved to left also.
