Hi wonderful people, this would be my second post and my first thread (inspired by Lenny’s Thread, who had a very similar starting point to me and brilliant gains). I’ve been PEing on and off very poorly for years, making good newbie gains but many mistakes. I started with JP90 many years ago, and from that (or my late puberty) gained a little girth but about 1inch length! After that, years of complacency followed.

I had a tenuous relationship with a Bathmate. It started out fantastic and ended in no gains and months of numbness, low EQ and probably nerve damage.

Fast-forward about a year later and I’m 25, my EQ is almost at its former glory (it used to be 11/10), my mind is right and I’ve been PEing for a short while now again with a fairly healthy sex life. Hopefully, with your kind assistance, I can finally meet my goals with a sensible approach after the water pump fiasco :)

Here’s my log I’ve been keeping so far:

- Started Bathmate 7/1/2020
- Break from 1/5/2020 - 4/6/2020
- Break from 13/6/20, stamina only
- Started JO90 Again 18/8/20
- Started girth routine again 21/3/21
- Started air pumping 16/4/21
- 10/5/21 5mins pumping every other day
- 30/5/21 take a week off
- 4/6/21 started pumping on 100% 5hg 5mins 1on1off with uli#3 (10x5)
- 12/6/21 pumping on 100% 5hg over 5mins 1on1off with uli3 (10x5)

As you can see, I’ve recently started to get more serious about my routine again. All criticism welcome!

Here are my measurements. I’m fairly content with length but girth needs a lot of work. I’m keen to learn more on girth specifically because even 5” girth would be an incredible milestone for me!

Today I’ll be doing the following routine:

1) Warmup: 5mins+ microwaveable cushion heating
2) Stretching: (borrowed from JP90 in directions up, down, straight out, left and right):
- Helicopters for 12seconds
- Circles anti-clockwise and clockwise 10 times each
- Stretch with 25 rapid kegels
- Repeat
3) Edge up to max erection, then go into pump at 5hg for 5mins with porn and occasional kegels to maximise expansion
4) Massage blood back in
5) ULI#3s for 10 sets of 5
6) Warm down

I really need to stick to this and just refine my technique. Over time I’ll probably only really increase the ULIs a little, maybe I’ll work to finishing the pumping on 6hg for the last minute. If nothing particularly noteworthy happens,I’ll be back in 3 months to re-evaluate and measure, but I’ll check this thread in case there’s any feedback.

EDIT: I also purchased an electric heating pad, I’ll report back on how that went since an IR lamp doesn’t fit my comfort or convenience.

Hi All!

So I was definitely supposed to update on this 2 days ago, but unfortunately I caught covid as well as getting my thing caught badly on a zipper! So it was a great month. This turned out to be an absolutely deadly combination, killing both my EQ AND my gains (partly psychological, but I did have to take off almost a month of PE since this happened at the end of a decon).

The positive from all this is that my routine was really working. EQ was very high, expansion was great and semi-permanent - so much so that now that I’ve fallen off, it looks totally different which is a little sad.. My flaccid and erect size both had improved visually and to the touch, and feedback during sex confirmed this observation very well (not letting this get to my head, I’m only concerned with the tape measure for now).

I really wanted to measure it , but I never did which helped me focus so much. My routine didn’t change much apart from maybe longer or more intense ULIs depending on how I felt. I would pump and do ULIs and sometimes edge, all while watching porn as it does just help me really get that great and consistent EQ. Sometimes, I would end the pumping at around 6hg for the last minute too.

When I feel ready, I’m going to do another 6-week cycle and then when I’m in decon I’ll update with some measurements. Hopefully I’ll get those sweet gains back quickly. Wish me luck!

Hi lovely people, I’m back with another update for those who like to follow a journey as it happens.

My health is a mess recently. I had a minor operation scheduled thinking it wouldn’t be bad, but I’ve been too exhausted for PE. Despite all of these setbacks, it’s definitely important to me to recover first and PE later whether it’s illness, injury or just tiredness.

When I did recover from covid and started pumping again, the PIs were still there so I’m still optimistic. I’m going to return to PE next week and finish the cycle anyway and see what the measuring tape has to say about the last few months. I have a feeling I’ll need to increase pumping duration a lot but we’ll cross that bridge!

Quick Update

I’ve been gone for a long time, mostly due to illness and bad relationship drama which always puts a nail in my PE efforts. Back on track now and hoping to start making more gains. My sex life has been great so I’ve been seeing great EQ and libido. Just need to work on my general health and fitness and I’ll be back with more detailed posts!
