Intro/History/Routine/Progress

AM: worst pumping session I’ve had. Right as I started my first set, I felt a bowel movement spring into action and couldn’t relax enough for the set to go well. So I took care of it after the set, which cut into my time, and then the second set felt like I was starting over because of the time it took. But at least I got a session in.

I’ve decided to hold off on manual clamping because I already change my routine too often. Despite the interruptions and little problems, I have a good groove going.


Start: Oct '16 - 6.75" BPEL, 4.875" MSEG

Current: Oct 15, '22 - 7.875" BPEL, 5.875" MSEG

GOAL: 8" BPEL X 6" MSEG

PM session was same as usual. 3 sets.

I’m not getting as much length with the bare tube. I’m ok with that as long as I hold my length and gain some girth. LIT was only 8.2 today, but that should be enough to prevent loss. I still might use a 2” shim when my new material gets here, which will put me at 6.16” girth in tube vs 6.28” (each shim is designed to take away ~1/8”).

Session was much better this morning. Still only got two sets in, LIT was the same at 8.2”, but much better expansion girth-wise.

Keep up the good work sir! I appreciate you sharing your technique.

PM session yesterday went great. 100 jelqs, 3 pump sets, and a few minutes edging. Got to 20.3cm in the tube with great expansion, which I thought might have been mis-measured. This morning’s session proved it correct, though, because I got to 20.1 in two sets. So yesterday was a record at a corrected LIT of 8.3”.

Woke up with the fattest morning wood of my life. By the time I stumbled to the bathroom to turn my alarm off, it was just a chubby but it was just as thick as it normally is when erect. My morning wood is usually much less girthy than a normal erection. Hopefully this is a sign of gains inbound, but we’ll see.

PM session was decent for 2 sets. Not a great length pull, but tremendous girth expansion.

The new LDPE shim material came in. Looks like the perfect stuff for the job. Once I get them cut, I’ll post pics in the “custom fit” thread.

Privacy was an issue this morning, so I fell back on my older manual routine instead of getting the pump out. Girth expansion was the best ever, which tells me my pumping routine is living up to my expectations. Finished up with two 5 minute sets of manual clamping. Felt good and looked enormous. I couldn’t get my fingers to touch around it even if I squeezed. Another thing I noticed is that my glans is getting bigger. It’s always been narrower than my shaft, but now it’s almost as wide.

I’m definitely gonna put this workout back in the mix at some point in the near future. I’m only holding off because I want to wait until I’ve proven or debunked my theory about pump shimming. But using this workout for the internal pressure and BFR effect twice a week, combined with pumping for the external vac pressure expansion, should be the perfect 1-2 punch for all-around gains. And if I’m right, there should be very little cementing to do because the BFR effect will build new vessels to support those gains long-term.

But I’ll be honest with myself here: if my PM session goes exceptionally well today after this morning’s workout, its doubtful I’ll be able to resist adding it immediately. I’m only 1/4” in girth away from the long-term goal I set 6 years ago, and that finish line is looking pretty damned nice.

Currently on my 3rd or 4th reread of your thread. Quickly becoming a favorite future routine. Are you an engineer or mechanic/technician? Your approach and tools used come off in a scientific without sacrificing practicality way that you normally see with mechanical minded individuals.

I also wanted to ask about you sharing pics of your tools (pumps, shims, etc) as I’m curious to have a visual aid of your setup.

I actually am a mechanic/technician specializing in aviation electronics and I’ve also been a composite repair/fabrication technician (also aviation). So yeah, that overlap between technical and practical is my target in problem-solving.

Like I said in the other thread, I’ll post a bunch of pics when I get the final parts made. The setup is as simple and easy as it gets.

I worked in avionics for a few years prior to my current career. Very interesting field.

Yesterday’s PM session was pretty much run-of-the-mill. Girth expansion was good for two pump sets, but length pull was a bit short.

I’ve been getting some pretty bad discoloration since removing the shim. My solution for that was using ArniCare gel immediately after cleaning up from my session, letting that soak in for a few minutes, and then pinch-rolling the skin to get things moving. Seems to be working pretty well so far.

Overall results as of late have been overwhelmingly great. This isn’t just a size campaign for me, it’s about sexual health and prowess, and last night I felt like a 100% sex god. EQ was through the roof, I was in complete control of my stamina, stayed rock hard after getting off, and reduced a chick who likes it rough and dominant to a blubbering mess begging me to cum because she couldn’t take any more. For the first time, she had to stop me while doing her doggy-style because it hurt too much (and she likes pain). In her words “I could feel you in my lungs”.

Flashing back to six months ago, I was having a hard time with EQ, and my stamina was so low that we were having to use toys to make up for what I lacked. As I improved, the toy use diminished. She still gets them out, but hasn’t reached for them during sex for the last three weeks or so.

No PE for three days. This morning’s session was great, though. LIT was 8.25” and had the biggest girth expansion I can remember, albeit with a bit of edema. Felt like I was jelqing my wrist. Had some bad petechiae, too, but I was using the same vac pressures as always.
