In the beginning.

I didn’t know what to do. I feel as if I’m on the right track now, though.

My stats:

41 years old. 6’3” tall and weigh 240lbs.

In my 20s, I had a BPEL of 8 1/4 inches. I never measured my girth because I was fairly thick even then. I was strong and fit, having sex up to 7 times a day.

I got into a very bad relationship and for the next 20 years of my life, I had occasional sex and let my body get out of shape. Three years ago, I finally freed myself of the chains this woman put on me and I’m currently with the woman I have always dreamed about. One problem: I’m not what I could be be for her or for me. I can give her two to three orgasms during sex and most of the time I have decent staying power but my EQs are terrible without supplementation. A recent measurement of my penis has shown me what the “use it or lose it” phrase actually means: BPEL: 7.2 inches EG: 5 to 5.5.maybe. My erections are soft and I usually lose them during intercourse if I’m not taking Viagra or Cialis. There are few things as embarrassing as when your dick shrivels up and slides out of your woman while she’s on top and getting ready to orgasm. She loves me and says that she doesn’t care but I do and I’m sure she does.

I’ve been lurking on this forum for quite a while and have just recently joined thanks to all of your testimonies. I have gained some hope reading these threads and have chosen the following method to rejuvenate my sexual prowess (so to speak).

Monday through Friday:
10 minutes using a heating pad
1 minute light stretches at 2,4,6,8,10 & 12 o’clock positions.
4 sets of 30 stretch Kegels (light enough pull for head bob)
10 minutes VERY light wet jelqing
10 minutes using the heating pad.
Every time I use the bathroom I’ll perform a light piss pull.

I supplement with a good multivitamin and L-Arginine.

I know that PE is worth only what you put into it so I’m also going to get rid of the extra fat on my body. I believe that I am about 30 lbs overweight so a good weight for me would be around 210 lbs. With this in mind, I am going to start the P90x routine.

I welcome suggestions and I will keep my progress updated here.

Hey How Lack, light jelqing works pretty well for EQ. I think is one of the best exercise for it.

Try to reach the hand as far as You can inside the fat pad, I suggest to use more pressure at the beginning and lowering it as You go through the shaft.

Healthy life is also extremely important.

Totally understand your frustration with the EQ issues and Viagra/Cialis use, but understand that your holistic being is even more important than that of your penis. I’d challenge you to go about 195 lbs and re-calibrate from there. If you start to lose weight and stay healthy, your EQ will likely improve as well (heart/cardio health being vastly important).

I’m 6’1” and 173 lbs, but was formerly at 204 lbs and have been as low as 164 lbs. I’m working my way back towards the 165 lb mark, as I and my wife prefer the lean, strong look.

At 6’3”, you are considered “overweight” above 196 lbs and “obese” over 240 lbs. Strive to get healthy and probably in the sub-196 lb realm and I think you’ll see marked improvement all around!

Alot of your problem is confidence. Physical conditioning will help along with gaining your length back. Id be having sex as often as possible to forget about the past.

I understand where you’re coming from in reference to the standard weight assessment but I don’t think I will ever get to 195lbs based on my frame. I am very heavily built falling into the mesomorph category. Even in High School when I was at my top physical condition I was 210 lbs. If I lose a lot of muscle with the fat, I might get to 195. Regardless, I will take you up on your challenge to reach that weight. I also believe that a healthy body is more important than a fully functioning penis but I am hopeful that there will be a direct correlation between the two.

I could use a good healthy dose of confidence and a LOT of sex. :)

I’ve been doing a very light jelqing routine for a couple of weeks off and on but since committing to my above referenced routine, I’ve noticed some changes. Some positive and some a bit curious.

Positives:
My BPFSL is about a 1/4 inch longer now.
The skin on my penis seems longer as well, bunching up over the rear edge of my glans when flaccid.
PIs are great. Waking with a little stronger morning woods and it feels like I want to get erect spontaneously throughout the day.
Jelqing feels much better verging on pleasurable using Drako’s suggestion. Last night I had to stop jelqing several times to fight an erection.
I’m hanging longer and fuller all day. Nice feeling by the way.

Curiosities:
The skin near the base of my shaft was very tender one night so I cut short my jelqing routine. It was better the next day.
I notice some light red spots on the tip of my glans. I suppose I’m leaving too much blood in the glans while stretching since I notice it after stretching.
My glans slips out of my grasp during stretches. A dry washcloth works but the skin under my glans is sore.
The base of my shaft extending though my scrotum and under my crotch area is sore and stiff feeling today. I’m going to stop stretching until that goes away.

I don’t care if it takes me a day or a year to see gains in length. I’m not unhappy with it now. I’m more concerned with penis health and erection strength.

P90X starts Monday. I had to get an area set up for it.

Awesome, plaid shirt. Thanks for the encouragement. My wife says that she is more than happy with my size but her eyes got wide when I jokingly told her I was going to hit 9 inches. She laughed (humourously) and said, “I’d like to see that.”. I’m not sure I want 9 inches or not. :/. My original length is fine.

Good luck just started myself, have the same problem lost EQ and size, just turned 60 not lack of use just think it is old age. Have been at it 3 weeks and already have seen gains.

Same to you, Fn60. Looking age down the barrel sucks but at least there are some ways to combat it and even enjoy the ride.

Update:

So far, I’ve been somewhat sporadic with my PE. I was trying for 5 days on and 2 days off but I was getting very tender and my PIs were suffering. I have been going by feel here lately and it works out to be every other day.

Effects:

I haven’t measured but I feel longer and bigger during erections. My wife says that I feel harder to her and I haven’t lost my erection during the time I’m with her even though I’m still at about 80% EQ. I have had some morning wood at around 50% EQ which is better than the zero% I was having before. Strangely, I have associated my light jelqing to morning wood. The days I Jelq I get morning wood the next day. When I don’t Jelq, I don’t get anything. I may increase my light jelqing to 5 days on and stretch every other day. I have also been considering a pump but I’ll wait on that until my 3 month newbie routine is up.

I haven’t been able to work out because I’ve been busy cutting and splitting wood (trees) during my off time. That’s a good workout in and of itself, though.

I’ve been supplementing with L-Argenine and Rainbow Light Men’s One vitamins. I’ve seen a huge increase in ejaculate. Impressive stuff.

Thats the spirit. Keep it up and you will gain.

I think many “older” guys who lost size gained it back and some more. This might account also for some huge gainers around.
Nontheless you have to invest the energy to reap the benefits. I think its wise to check for PI’s and go easy on your boundaries.

And yes direct correlation for jelqs and morning wood.
Theoreticly it could mean you have potential(!) to increase intensity until good Pi’s decrease despite exercising which would simply show you your boundary.
(and cutting back until good Pi’s come back).

Anyway its just the start of your journey, right?.
You should also consider to do PE in some form all of your life just to stay fit in that department.

Thanks for the encouragement, Dickershwanz. I may start to increase intensity while watching my PIs to see where my limits are. There does seem to be a direct correlation between work and health.
