Hello everyone, I am glad to see everyone, thanks to the forum for providing an opportunity to develop our tools to improve our men’s health. I’ll start with the fact that I already have experience wearing an extender and jelqing, but without very strong results due to lack of time, now I have a lot of time and I want to start my journey from here, we will succeed, the main thing is patience and diligence.

I haven’t mastered the forum yet and therefore I wanted to ask you kind people for help, is there an guide somewhere for combining jelqing and an extender? Can anyone give any advice on such a strategy? Thanks for your attention guys, we will develop together.

Jes Extender has a startup program for their extender, you can copy that.

Regarding combining jelqing and extending is quite simple. Try it once after jelqing sesh or before. If you feel worn out down there next day.

Either shorten extending time or dont jelq. Tolerance will build up

In a nutshell: If you’re new to extending then follow the instructions of the extender, they usually have a programme in the leaflet inside the package. And alongside follow the newbie routine, minus the stretches if you want since you’re already extending.

Next Goal: 8.0" x 5.5" (Next deadline: July 2024).

Extender: 1.2k hours (6/5/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

Thank you for writing, I think without this I would not have found the instructions, now I am studying my positive indicators in jelq, and when I figure it out, I will start combining the extender, I am grateful for the offer to write a personal message, and I will do it after a while. While.

Most importantly- don’t stress out about it..probably some weeks of no PE and you should be OK.

A bad erection, it became visually smaller, there is no erection at night, I was always relaxed and lengthened after manual exercises, and now after the session it shrinks and goes into itself :/

Poor EQ and turtling are indications of over stressing/over working your dick. The only remedy is letting your dick rest until it recovers. Rest means no PE, no masturbation.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

There is also such a question, is there a topic on the forum about the adaptation period of the extender, how to increase the wearing hours from one hour to six and also with a load? Alas, I did not find it.

@32quarters Rest should not be underestimated, I agree with you.
I took 4 days rest from my routine and EQ became excellent :D

recovery Medicinal oil

1,Achillea millefoluim 100g
2,Herba Agrimoniae 100g
3,Africa Cabinda bark 100g
4,Mutton tallow Two catties
5,Low fire Simmer for one hour

The preparation method is the same as the video
but the material is different of course you don’t like sheep oil olive oil can also

I practice jelq testicular pain

I hang heavy objects directly from the penis effective

You can make it in small quantities and see if it works but it works for me anyway exercise dick and rub a little oil on it if it hurts
