I lost hope (no real gains)

I am enyoing that I am seeing changes. If I mesure all the time I will go crazy. I will not use it at all. Just a recomendation. Who do you have to show it, this is not a competition. But I am not saying that is not allow.😂

My point is that this process of growing is slow for some, if those ppl including myself start to use the RULER there is a Big chance that they will leave the PE. For me that has been my experience and that will be my recomendation.

And to add is really good to hear that now is working for you broo.

Indeed ruler is a big wall we are trying to climb every days, the more you fall the more you want to leave.
