Great progress ! What was your routine before hanging ?

3rd week of PE, measurement time

BPEL : 6,5”
Flacid lenght: 4,6”
BPFSL : 6,15”

NB : the flacid lenght is taken NBPEL and SD. I forgot to specify it in the first post

4th week of PE, but with 3 day off in a row because I couldn’t find the time in this period

BPEL : 6,3”
Flacid lenght: 4,5”
BPFSL : 6,1”

So as I expected, I didnt go any gain this week : I lost a little bit.. I should be able to stick with the routine now
