Hatakah's Routine

PUMP:1 or 2 20 minute sessions (just shy of a donut),12 hours apart.MANUAL STRETCH:at least 2 sessions, 30 minutes duration, 12 hours apart. Maxed out the ligaments early on(pop!),so it’s tunica stretching for me for a while. TRACTION: any time I’m sitting around doing nothing. NEXT? plan to make jelq sticks…love to jelq, but does too much damage to the skin regardless of lube choice, and pumping compounds the damage…
