I basically copied 5.5squared too, and that’s IMHO the way to go. At least you won’t injure yourself. Or compromise future gains.

I took a decon break and it seems to be gone after a week. Maybe it is related to skin nerves. You have to increase weight slowly, I would suggest if you are doin the Big method and have this issue, .5 lbs per week max. Not sure if it will come back when I start again but I am now switching to the lightweight hanging with FIR method, so I doubt there will any stress compared to heavy hanging.

I started with compression hanging for about two weeks I was doing 3 20 minute sessions first two sessions were with 2.5 pounds last session was 5 pounds and I was hanging BTC. It seemed to be effective but I couldn’t do compression hanging anymore I became to paranoid about my wrap technique and had to switch to vacuum hanging

Now I’m doing 30 min with 2.5 pounds and the last 30 minutes at 3.75 pounds with an lg hanger originally I was using total man with works great to I’ve been targeting the logs because that was what the sticky’s and old info teaches us to attack first. I’m a beginner but pretty dedicated I almost have to stop myself sometimes because I want to see some progress but I know this is a long game I’m happy with my size but I want to slowly gain more and have great EQ most of all. I will eventually start a progress log when I have enough posts to keep a nice log.

I see a lot of guys on here targeting the tunica instead of lig I’m wondering if there are downsides to going for the ligs
