Hi!

I’m creating this log to get advice on my workout routines as well as post my story for all of you.

My signature will be updated once a month with my current stats.

I have currently logged the following over 28 days

Kegels: 1840 reps
Wet Jelqs: 2300 reps
Penis Pump: 175 minutes
Stretching: 15 minutes

I decided to stop using the penis pump all together until I reach 100 days of jelqing

Current Routine

O Masturbate to the point of edging
O Achieve 70-90% erection level
O 150-200 slow jelqs ( I started with 100, moved to 250 and decided that 150-200 was optimum for my dick)
O 5-10 minute stretching (I just added this in for the final week)

I use coconut oil, baby oil, or Purel lotion.

My current routine was 5 days on 2 days off. The PI’s I’ve been getting go into the negative by about day 2 or day 3. By day 4 my dick is still tired. I’ve had to skip day 5 multiple times. Because of the above reasons I’m switching to a 1 day on 1 day off routine for the next 30 days. Hopefully the PI’s will remain positive all the way throughout.

NEW ROUTINE
O Jelq 150-200 times 3 seconds per jelq
O stretch for 5 minutes

K.I.S.S .. I seemed to have gain .1 girth but I believe that to be a cause of erection quality increase not due to any growth.

Your erection while jelqing seems too high. Jelqing too erect scalete the intensity notably and could be the reason for those indicators.

Hey Lenny,

Most times I go to Jelq I have a hard time not being erect or nearly erect. Not sure what to do about that really other than picture dead puppies and such (I’m not going to do that). This became a “problem” after the first week of Jelqing and doing Kegels. I’ll try to avoid it best I can from now on for the next 70 days. Thanks!

New Routine per the recommendation of the good gentleman Lenny.

Erection Level 50-70%
150-200 slow jelqs (3-5 seconds) 7.5minutes - 17 minutes total time
2 days on 1 day off.

I’m going to do this until I can verify that negative PI’s are no longer occurring and I’m getting mostly positive PI’s. Then slowly increase quality and strength of Jelqs. Once I feel my technique is perfected I’ll move up to the 15-20 minute Jelq times. If I still get positive PI’s after making those changes slowly over the next 2 months I’ll switch back to 5 days on 2 days off.

For anyone reading or watching I’d like to note that after I am able to complete the newbie routine without any negative PI’s I will be switching to a girth focused routine with jelqing, pumping, and manuals. More on that in December!

At lower levels you will be able to feel more blood “activity” or movement if you will, ending with a fuller and heavier penis.

Save the higher erections for sex, masturbation, edging, pumping or clamping.

Yeah. I did what you recommended and cut out the pumping as well and I haven’t had any problems. I’ll post a small update on my workout if I make any changes in the next few weeks. Otherwise see ya in October!

I’ve normalized the amount of Jelqing to 200 Jelqs at 1-3 seconds per Jelq. My flaccid is larger for the next few hours and then it turtles up for a few hours then goes back to slightly larger than normal until I Jelq again. I’m liking 1 day off every 2 days. After the 90 days routine is over I’m going to be experimenting with rest days more.

I go to the gym regularly and in the mornings I like to soak my sore muscles in the hot tub to speed up recovery. I will be adding a 5 minute pump session in the mornings after the hot tub soak and build it up as follows:

Week 1-2: once a week
Weeks 3-4: twice a week
Weeks 5-6: three a week
Weeks 7-12: four a week
Weeks 13+ four to five a week

I’ll be doing this at low pressure 3-5Hg and perhaps increasing it to 5-7 depending on if I get passed 100% erection levels in the tube. I have a bathmate but I’m saving that one until I’m an experience pumper for some fun in the hot tub with a lady.

New routine is as follows

Pump mornings according to the above schedule
Jelq right before bed time 2 days on 1 day off (sometimes 2 days on 2 days off depending).

I do stretches when I think about it, and honestly jelqing at lower erection levels handles the stretches regardless.

No gains after 2 months. In fact I lost .1 inches of girth and .15 inches in BPEL length.
I’m going to take a few weeks off (reset)

Back on it. After taking a break I noticed that my gain from earlier has remained so I am taking that as a sign to continue on.
New routine starting Monday

Morning 7 days a week
Stretches 10-15 minutes in all directions

Afternoon 7 days a week
Light stretches (trying to counter grower tendency by stretching out the penis multiple times a day).

Evening M T / Th F
Air Pump 20 minutes X3. High pressure (goal is minimal edema)
Jelq 5 minutes in between each set. (total of 15 minutes).

Evening Sat Sun W (maintenance routine)
Air pumping 20 minutes X1 low pressure
Jelq 5 minutes X1

So for anyone curious: I considered high pressure pumping 7-10 in-Hg and low pressure between 2-5in-Hg.
I’ve revised my thinking based on my pumping experience (and what others have said) to say that 2-4 is low pressure and 5-7 is high pressure. Anything over 7 with the routine I’m on gives too much edema buildup.

I’m still experimenting to find that happy place.

For those that think my pumping routine is intense based on the experience above, I haven’t had any injuries that have lasted for more than a few hours (edema, red spots, sore dick).

Also wine is a vasodilator. Cheers!

Reduced Air pumping on the main workout days from 3X20 to 2X20 due to the skin on the outside becoming sore. I am still Jelqing 3 sets of 5 for ON days.

So after doing some more reading I’ve decided to go ahead and start hanging. I have a 10lb weight and I’ll be doing straight down until the skin stretching stops being uncomfortable. From there I will be doing BTC until the skin stretch stops being uncomfortable. Doing roughly one hour a day 6 days a week until skin stretch stops. Then I will reevaluate.

I also started doing what I call passive manual stretches. This is basically where you put your dick between your legs and it gives you a nice stretch. I think its called fowfer or something like that.

I still pump and I pump between each set for 10 minutes to reestablish blood flow more quickly. I also pump at the end for a 20-30 minute set. This pump is to promote blood flow

Any advice from hangers out there would be greatly appreciated.

I misspoke when I said 10lbs. I actually start at 5 lbs and I don’t have a 10lbs weight. I drop down to 2.5lbs and if I need to down to 2lbs during a set. Doing this it looks like I gained some in less than 2 weeks. About .1 to NBPEL and .1- .15 in BPEL. Very cool to see that. I’m not holding my breath until the official measure on Sunday.
