I’m returning to p.e. after a very long hiatus. During the hiatus, I lost the length I gained and my girth has maintained itself at 5 3/4 inches.

RIght now because of the hectic schedule issue I’m going to return with a barebones routine.

Manual Stretching 10 minutes
Hotwrap 5 minutes
Jelq 10 minutes
Hotwrap 5 minutes
Ice Massage - While erect massage the penis and testicles with an ice cube (until the cube melts)

(I will only take breaks when I feel “sore”)
