Hello folks,

Short intro. My name’s Chris and I’ve idly been aware of PE for a few years now, never really bothering to take part. I tend to not put too much stock in claims and routines that aren’t scientifically validated and peer reviewed beyond doubt.
That being said, I realize that for those things to happen, someone has to actually invest time and money - and PE doesn’t seem to attract much of the scientific community. As such, I’ve decided to give it a go - see what happens. As long as I’m careful, the worst case should just be I diddled myself in the shower for 30 minutes every day.. Right? ;)

Being a humble man, I’m starting with the newbie routine. It’s simple, easy and fairly non-intrusive. Still have some privacy ‘issues’ to work around, but should be doable. Trying PE lines up well with the fact that I’m also currently on a weight loss journey, working my way down from 152kg (335 lbs) last summer, towards my goal of 95kg (210 lbs). I’m currently down to 140kg, so still a long way to go, but I’m getting there. So yeah, why not improve two things while I’m at it? Additionally, my primary sexual driver is the pleasure my partner gets from me, and this is a chance to potentially gain some rewards in that area.

As for numbers, I’ve not been able to measure properly as of today, but the last few times I did were all within margin of error of the following:
BPEL: 15cm (5.9 inches)
Girth: 12.5cm (4.92 inches)

I will try and get some proper measurements done soon, though I will say that my penis tends to get a bit shy when I break out the measuring tape, so it’s hard to get good measurements.

As for goals, the primary goal is just to see if it actually works at all. Granted it does, I’d like to at least get close to 17.5-18cm BPEL and 14cm girth. I realize this will likely take a while, and requires diligent consistency - which I am fairly bad at -, so I’m not putting all my eggs in that basket as of yet.

I started today, and did the following:

5 minute hot wrap
10x30 second stretches
100 jelqs
5 minute hot wrap

I realize the amount of jelqs is a fair bit lower than the routine dictates, but I don’t see the harm in working my way up to it over a couple of days. Also, I’ve run into a snag with jelqing;
- Maintaining a solid +/- 70% erection during jelqs did NOT work out for me. Any tips in regards to this? From what I’ve gathered, this is a fairly important part of the routine.

Normally what I’ll do is get myself up to about 90% while thinking of/looking at something. Then I will let it subside a bit, after that I’ll get to jelqing.

Usually, I don’t run into any volume issues after that.
Visualization always helps.

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

Yeah, I figured as much. I was doing it in the shower today, which made it hard to watch something, you know? Will probably be able to do my routine at my desk during most weekdays, though, which should help. I’ll try that next!

Actually there has been a few urologist who have confirmed that you stand to gain an inch or 2, but they down play it by saying “is 2 years of PE worth an inch or 2?”.. that’s the problem with our species.

They don’t realize that, that 24 months fly off so quickly and you would’ve gained nothing. 2 inches added to 7 = 9.. and 9 is supposed to be rare. 2 added to 5 = 7 which will put you way above average… If u don’t gain length, what do you have to lose ?.. the 2 years that wouldn’t have stop even if u didn’t do PE?..

that hour that u use to watch a pointless movie or binge watch YouTube videos could be used to achieve something you only dreamt of. The majority of people who realize this are in their 40s and up (if you pay attention to the individuals posts in these forums)…

I struggled with procrastination too. I’m 23 rn and I don’t wanna wait till I’m 40 to start doing interesting stuff with my life, like whipping out the biggest dick a girl ever seen.. when I’m 40 I wanna be able to teach someone younger about these things not still learning about it.

I think, considering the biology of the male reproductive organ, it’s likely there isn’t a surefire way to answer “can you increase your penis size” as it’ll depend entirely on the individual. And since, even if the answer is yes, it takes a lot of time and effort, there isn’t really any monetary incentive to put time and research into it from a scientific standpoint. Anywho.

2 more minutes of stretching

As for today, following up from yesterday. I was quite sore from yesterday, which I expected. I tried the tip I got in relation to maintaining a solid semi during jelqing, but no bueno. It’s worth mentioning that my EQ isn’t very good at all these days, and I can’t really keep an erection without actively engaging my penis in a pleasurable way. As such, I suspect jelqing is going to be a challenge to do properly moving forward. Being overweight is definitely a contributing factor to this, so I assume it’ll improve over time naturally.

In the mean time, I’m considering substituting jelqing with S2S stretches. Any thoughts regarding that?

My dick quite sore atm, especially at the base, where a lot of the stretching invariably takes place. Any reason to worry?

I’ve also ordered a Bathmate pump to use primarily to address my EQ issues, though any gains I potentially end up with are obviously welcome. I’ve also ordered some rings to help maintain erections and keep them as engorged as possible.

Also got around to making some measurements. My dick is pretty ruler shy, or tape measure shy specifically, but here’s what I measured:

BPEL: 15cm / 5 7/8”
MSEG: 13cm / 5 1/8”

Got some proper EQ going today, and decided to measure again for accuracy. Also got to use a ruler this time around, as I only had a tape last time. Turns out I’ve got a bit more to work with than I thought, if these measurements are to be believed.

BPEL: 15.8cm / 6 ⁷/₃₂ inches
MSEG: 13.5cm / 5 ⁵/₁₆ inches

Pump and cock ring should arrive tomorrow, today is a day off.

Did my first flaccid measurements, though only remembered doing it post pump.

BPFL: 13cm / 5 1/8 inches
MSFG: 11.5cm / 4 1/2 inches

Which means my flaccid penis post pump equals the 50th percentile erect penis in length and girth - not bad! Excited to see where this goes.

Good luck, remember to go easy on the pump, max 5 hg for long sessions.
