Good work, How long do you hang for? 1 hr ?

I’m hanging for a total of 90-110 minutes, but it is the progressive Hanging with FIRe protocol, where I start with low weights and no heat and increase, add heat in the form of an IR heating pad and keep increasing and then finally increase and remove the heat for a cool down. When I have the time and privacy I’ve been adding a couple of hours in my new extender once I’m done, but I just added that near the end of this month and I’m not sure if it adds anything or not.

My current hanging protocol based on my calculated strain values:
10 minutes at 2# cold
10 minutes at 3# cold
15 mintes at 4.5# warm
15 minutes at 6.5# warm
30-45 minutes (depending on time available) at 7.5 # warm
10-15 minutes at 9.5# cold

30 minutes is the total for the session. I typically do 10 minute sets.

New temporary milestone!

This is totally unofficial and certainly not a pre-workout, cemented gain, but I’m excited to post that I reached 23.0 cm (just under 9.1 inches) BPFSL today post hanging session for the first time!

My post hanging BPFSL has been creeping up, though not linearly, so I don’t even expect that number to be regularly repeatable for a while, and I won’t officially measure BPEL until the end of the month, but hopefully the increasing post-workout BPFSL is a harbinger of more permanent gains to come.

Just wanted a digital high-five with all the TP brothers out there for getting 9"+ with a measurement for the first time ever, even if it’s only temporary.

If you check out the Hanging with FIRe thread, based on some research from Kyrpa about the stretch/strain characteristics about the tunica, the theory is that you elongate the tunica fibers with some low weight, "cold" (body temperature) sets, then add heat while increasing the weight to increase the fibers’ elongation, then add weight after removing the heat for a cooldown set so the fibers stay elongated and don’t contract under the same weight when the heat source is removed.

So you use cold, then heat, then cold again for increments of increasing weight during the hanging session.

Not every day. I’ve been ramping down this month, partially because of travel and visitors, partially because I’m trying to find a long term rhythm and nearly every day is not sustainable long term.

So far this month I’ve injected 13 times. Based on my schedule and privacy issues there will be stretches where I can inject every day and others when I inject less frequently so I expect the average to end up being 14 times a month or so across several months.

When I have privacy I aim for 3-6 hour response at 85-90%+. When I’ve been injecting with less private time, I’ve been targeting about 2 hours, which I’ve started peppering in for fun time with the wife. So on days when I’m not going for a long session but think I can get lucky, I do my training, arrange for some fun with the Mrs, inject, have sex as long as she’ll let me keep going, then ride it out another hour or more, depending on response. I count these sessions as bonus, since they are not regularly planned. But lots of fun.

Trimix session days in November: 15
Total hours 90+% erection: 51.75

Hanging with FIRe protocol 20 days this month resulted in increasing BPFSL to a new personal record of right around 9 inches (228-230mm). Hasn’t yet translated to significant BPEL gains over a couple of months, but I suspect the BPEL gains are too small to accurately measure but are still there. I expect to eventually to cross the 8.5" boundary but it might take a few months.

I’m still able to go deep with the wife when she is turned on (which is nearly instantaneous with her—I’m a lucky guy) but I am noticing I can push in a bit too deep more and more often, especially from behind. Not in a way that hurts her, but she will let me know it’s uncomfortable. I’m certain that if I am able to get to 9 BPEL she can handle it, though. Just might have to be a little careful on the deepest strokes. But I like feeling big enough to have to be thoughtful about it. And 9" BPEL will take a long time based on the rate of BPEL growth, if I ever actually get there.

Been clamping and doing ‘intermittent’ pumping for 20-30 minutes each, in several sets, 2 or 3 times a week. It does seem to be making an impact in girth, though my past experience is that it takes weeks for girth to drop again after no PE, so I don’t believe that things are cemented there and won’t be for some time.

I do get even more girth than my stats after training and it stays that way for a while. I might be creeping up on what is ok with the wife. I’m probably 6.5-6.75" mid shaft for sex with her several hours after training and in a cock ring and she has been getting some irritation post-sex. So 6.5 mid shaft may be an upper limit, but that will take a long time to have as a permanent gain so I’m not too worried about over shooting.

I don’t know if I can ever say if the Trimix has helped or not since my efforts have been pretty consistent and more scientific this time than ever before, but I do know I’m still enjoying it, haven’t had any issues and I do suspect that it does help to some degree, mostly with girth work. There really is nothing like clamping or pumping on Trimix in my experience.

From here I’m going to continue on with 3-5 days of hanging with at least 2 days rest, girth work every other day or so and Trimix about every other day on average across the month. I’ll have natural decon breaks of 1-2 weeks every couple or three months.

What hanger did you use? I cant find what you said

I use the TM vacuum hanger set up with water seal (rather than taping). I vary between straight down and straight out using the TM desk pulley system. I seem to get more strain from SD but I mix it up depending on what I feel like doing since the SO under the desk is a little more comfortable in terms of the seated position.
