Genoviak's Routine

Warm up: (I usually jelq after taking an intensely hot shower)
- flacid rotations (clockwise and counterclockwise); 10 reps each
- flacid stretches (up, down, left, right, forward); 10 secs each
- horse tuck; 30 sec

Jelqing session: 90-100% erection level (I try to keep it as close to 100 as possible), porn is viewed to keep erection level
- 500+ reps (slowly adding more jelqs); about 2 secs per rep
- Starting from 0, every 100 reps I stop jelqing and do erect stretches; (right/45 degree right; left/45 degree left; down) 30 secs per angle

Warm down:
- flacid rotations (clockwise and counterclockwise); 10 reps each
- flacid stretches (up, down, left, right, forward); 10 secs each
- horse tuck; 30 sec

***This routine is repeated 6 times a week. Kegels are done everyday; about 200-300+ erect or semi-erect kegels

Additionally, I add a
-bathmate session: about 20 mins (sometimes less) trying to maintain an erection during the session

***Bathmate sessions are done 3 times a week with varying intensities. (If the pressure is too much, I have fluid retention that lasts quite a while and sometimes interferes with jelqing the next day)

~On the 7th day, I kegel about 200-300 times (erect). Also I use this day as a sort of rest day, where I can masturbate or just rest my dick.
